Downtown Suite w/ Hot Tub(Pet Friendly)

Amazing location, quiet but close to everything, sandwiched between historic Downtown and Rotary Park. Walking distance to The famous Elk River, Hiking and Biking Trails, Restaurants and Bars. We are approximately an 8 minute drive to the base of the Ski Hill, and have lots of parking space.

We built this suite to allow others to stay and experience how wonderful Fernie is. We are pet friendly, we also have a Dog named Otis who loves visitors. Our space sleeps up to four people, and you will have access to our mostly fenced in back yard to let your pet roam, clean/store your bikes or head out the back gate to go to the Sunday Mountain Market.

Our place comes with everything you need to cook and relax if you wish to stay in, as well as secure storage space for your precious adventure gear. We are active Fernie adventurers and will happily share all our best recommendations for you to get the most out of your stay in our awesome mountain town.

We also have an office space with great WiFi if your traveling for work.

Check in was easy, and the home is in a nice central location for walking downtown or to restaurants across the highway. Our biggest issue was that the bed was VERY hard (the tag on the mattress even says “extra hard”), and we ended up needing to pick up a mattress pad from Canadian Tire for our second two nights.

The place was clean and it was great to have a private hot tub. It was very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom amenities, which was very nice! I guess I didn't read the reviews until too late to realize that it is a basement suite and you can definitely hear a lot from the upstairs. We brought our dog along who is not normally much of a barker but the dog upstairs barked quite a bit and every time their dog would bark ours would bark back so that was less than relaxing.

Cute house! It is centrally located. So easy to walk everywhere. The suite, itself, is really large and comfortable. And who doesn’t like a backyard hot tub? The host was very nice, and I appreciate her accommodating myself and my two dogs. Our stay was very enjoyable, and I wish we could have stayed longer.

Peaceful Spacious Stay

We have a wonderful time at Tyler’s property. Very spacious despite being a one bedroom with a wonderfully stocked (and super cute!) kitchen.

Great Spot Near Downtown

Tyler's place was a great choice for our Fernie trip. Quick drive to the trail heads and right beside downtown making it easy to explore. Basement suite was spacious and they were thoughtful hosts - they provided a baby gate for the stairs which was great with out toddler being there. The kitchen was well stocked which made cooking at home very easy. Would highly reccomend this stay!

Charming

Enjoyed Fernie so much! Super convenient location to downtown, a park, and beautiful river walk that is a groomed cross country trail in the winter! The apt. Is well stocked and cozy. As some of the other reviewers have stated, you can hear literally everything happening upstairs so it might be the spot for you if you’re looking for a place of solitude. We had dogs with us so there was never going to be solitude anyway😂 I was just grateful to have a place to stay that I could bring the dogs along and not worry to much when we left if the dogs were barking. That goes both ways! Great, kind hosts! Would highly recommend if you’re a pet owner looking for a place to stay in Fernie!

Cute Place

Great location, clean and updated suite! Has everything you need to cook in or walk to restaurants. Only suggestion is a better sound barrier for ceiling as you can hear a lot when people upstairs.

Little Gem

Perfect location, so close to everything you would need. Very clean and well stocked. It is an added bonus that we could bring our pup, being so close to the park on the back was amazing.

We arrived in the middle of the night with our kids and easily got inside and into bed. The space is very comfortable and is a great location. Easy to walk to the park or to find a place to eat with kids in tow.

Fernie Stay for Work

Our stay here in Fernie was related to work, but it was really nice to stay here instead of a Hotel. The location was close to town and walking distance to anything we needed. To have everything at our access like we where home was so amazing. Would stay again next time I am in Fernie.

Better than a hotel

You could hear the upstairs pretty easy, but im used to that. Everything else was great even though I had to cut my trip short due to a family emergency. They refund me, which I hadn't asked for, nor did I expect it! My only issue was the neighbors house looks like a place where things go missing (nothing dis though). All in all, it was a good stay!

Perfect location

Great location and wonderful to find a pet friendly place with a well appointed kitchen for meals. The mattress topper was a great addition for the bed and Tyler was very kind and communication was very easy! Would definitely return.
