The Space:

The house reflects the quality and thoughtfulness of the signature Linnaeus design aesthetic with its unique sense of space and connection to nature. It starts with natural light which streams in through tall panes of steel-framed windows and doors, a beautiful blending of organic materials such as timber, stone and natural materials, meters of beautiful linens in bedding and sumptuous modular lounges, and of course your every need curated to deliver a true holiday feeling, immersed in luxury touches at every turn.

The focal point of the open-plan kitchen/dining/living areas with their concrete floors and high-pitched ceilings, are stately stone fireplaces, warm, timber joinery and hand-selected furniture and statement sculptural pieces just inviting you to kick your shoes off, take a deep breath and relax.

Linnaeus Collection knows bedrooms are important. It’s why each bedroom feels like a hotel suite, with 5 star beds dressed in Cultiver linens, their own ensuites featuring natural stone and custom vanities, TVs, wall mirrors, open-plan wardrobes and health-giving greenery. The Master Guest Room upstairs has a dramatic pitched ceiling, an ensuite with a freestanding bath and a built-in daybed, the perfect spot to sit and unwind or maybe step out onto the balcony to breathe in some fresh Berry air.

There’s a seamless connection to the outdoors where you’ll find an entertainer's deck with a built-in outdoor kitchen, outdoor furniture to seat every guest and a sparkling Plunge pool set in beautiful, landscaped gardens.

• Exclusive access of the entire home and garden, excluding the garage.
• Full check-in instructions are sent 5 days prior to arrival.
