Newly renovated and cozy getaway home with waterfront on the beautiful Saugeen River!
The space
Our Property is conveniently just 2 minutes outside of the Town of Durham, Ontario.
The property backs onto the gorgeous Saugeen river well known by fly fisherman for its trout fishing. Bring your rod and reel and waders and enjoy or just relax on the 10 x 16 deck down at the rivers edge and enjoy the natural surroundings along with some amazing sunsets and have a camp fire in the back yard There is a small sandy area for the kids to play when you are at the rivers edge
Summer month's the river is not deep so you can put on your water shoes and explore or just cool off in a lawn chair on those sunny days.
At the house there is a rear privacy deck to enjoy a good book or cook up that tasty steak on the propane BBQ.
Golf courses are close by and we are minutes away from the Durham Conservation area which is 200 acre park with camping and swimming areas and plenty of walking trails.
We have high speed WIFI internet service and 60 inch LED smart tv if you'd like to cozy up inside or have some business to do.
We truly offer it all here at the river rental and we welcome you to join us and enjoy this amazing property
