We have a double oven and gas cooking for your convenience.

LOUNGE ROOM - Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, and enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV which is connected to fetch top box so you get a whole lot more channels and access to Netflix, Youtube just to name a few.

DINING ROOM - beautiful timber dining table that seats 10-12. The stacker doors brings the outdoors in.

MAIN BEDROOM - Hugh room with King bed and double sofa bed, enormous wardrobe, air-conditioning and a 55inch TV

BEDROOM 2 - has two long single beds that can be turned in to a King and a double lounge that has a pull out sofa bed. Also has air-conditioning and a 55inch TV so the kids can watch their shows while you are watching the big screen in the loungeroom

BEDROOM 3 - has two long single beds that can be turned into a King

BEDROOM 4 - has a Queen bed a single sofa bed. It has air-conditioning and access to the 2 way bathroom

LAUNDRY - Hugh 10kg front loader washing machine, 9kg clothes dryer and ironing facilities are supplied.
The house is great for large families or groups, singles, couples and business travelers.

You have access to the whole place so make yourself comfortable. The house has 2 car spaces undercover otherwise there is street parking. You are not to park additional cars in front of the garage doors

LOCATION
Located 10 minute walk to the heart of Broadbeach for some of the best restaurants in town or Pacific Fair is just a short stroll the other way for hours and hours of shopping. The Star Casino & Gold Coast Convention Centre is just a street away or you can catch a tram into Surfers.

ATTRACTIONS
Broadbeach has everything to offer - theme parks including Sea World, Dream World, Wet & Wild and Warner Bros. Studios. Sensational wine bars, dining, entertainment and Casino with live shows. It also offers pure relaxation, exploring the Hinterland, water sports such as sailing, surfing, parasailing and jet skiing.

This is a residential neighbourhood, therefore we don't allow parties or events at the house.
I have updated a number of items in the house since the photos, therefore some furnishings have changed since the photos.
There is a security camera over the entrance.
For the home owners security, only guests who are booked are allowed access to the property. There is a fee if additional people are evident.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
You will be required to upload your ID and a selfie holding your ID to verify the booking details.
There is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card.
I am strickly no pets, if pets are present you will loose your bond unless prior approval has been given
A security bond of $750 is required prior to check in.
Quiet hours are from 9pm-7am as this is a residential neighbourhood

Although most of our guests do the right thing, the occasional abuse means that we must make you aware of the following:
• Keep noise to a reasonable level at all times and be respectful towards neighbours – remember noise travels therefore no loud music
• For security of the property, only guests who are staying at the property are allowed access to the property. There is an additional fee of $100 per person per day if people are evident above the booked number.
• Strictly no smoking or drugs – please smoke outside and away from furniture
• Leave the property in a similar state to how you found it
• Lock & secure the property at all times when away from the house. Keys are not to be left unattended/unsecure outside of the house at anytime.
• If any keys are lost a fee of $850 will be charged and $300 will be charged for lost remote
A deduction may be made from bonds if the above is breached in any way
