Ideal for family gatherings, this villa comfortably sleeps 23, offering a combination of bedrooms and a loft filled with bunk beds. Each room features a smart TV, and the loft is equipped with an Xbox One for entertainment. The property ensures fun for all ages with board games, outdoor games, portable basketball hoops, scooters, and baskets of toys.

Catering to the needs of families, "Dixie Family Adventure" provides essential amenities for little ones, including high chairs, strollers, Pack-n-Plays, bibs, life jackets, and booster seats. The villa boasts ample outdoor living space and a fully stocked kitchen, allowing you to relax and enjoy a stress-free family vacation filled with lasting memories.

The property was clean, everything functioned appropriately, the communication with property management was timely and informative. The Ledges location is great for golf and for quick, easy access to restaurants and shopping. We consider this a great option for a long weekend golf trip. I cannot think of a single improvement. Bedrooms were large, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were adequate for 4 golfers staying in separate rooms, and many more if you take advantage of the bedroom with multiple full beds. Gathering area was large enough for a much bigger group for a central gathering place. Great value. I would recommend this property to my friends and family if they were traveling to the St. George area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I reserved this unit to host a reunion of friends from the Army and it was exactly what we needed. Everything was clean and tidy when we showed up, the unit was exactly as promised, and checking in/out was as easy as could be. The community pool across the street and the private hot tub were perfect after hiking in Zion NP. I do have two minor critiques: 1: When I texted the customer service number because of an issue with the pool fob I never received a response. 2: fireworks arenā€™t allowed but thereā€™s nothing in the information we were sent or in the binder in the unit that says so (I made sure to check both before lighting any fireworks), and the only posted sign we found was so small and not even faced a direction that youā€™d see it when driving in so we had no idea until security came to stop us. Overall, I would still highly recommend this property.

Great property

We had a group of about 15 ranging in age from 4 to 67 years old. The property was great. We appreciated the private hot tub and the proximity to the swimming pool.We took a couple of day trips to national parks, so convenient and gorgeous.The host was available, responsive, and attentive without being at all overbearing. I recommend this property and would happily rebook.

Nice place. A few issues, but nothing to make it too unpleasant. The microwave was out of service, one of chairs was broken. The table felt too small for the size party possible.

The couches were falling apart and everyone mentioned that the mattresses were uncomfortable and frames were extra squeaky, but overall we had a great time and the place was perfect for our needs. We would stay here again.

Awesome place

Love everything about this property! The bathrooms for each room was a big plus! Kids and teens had ample amount of space to hang and enjoy each other! Master bedroom on ground floor was perfect for granny not having to use all the stairs. Location to the pool couldnā€™t have been better! Only one downfallā€¦ the couch could be better to hang and watch movies. Other then that wonderful property!
