Good location basement flat

Elvis is very good helpful host. Rather disappointed with TV not working due to missing signal box. Despite several promises to provide one it never arrived considering hire was for 25 days and loss of total source of vital entertainment . This should have been made clear to us before arriving. Not acceptable as important part of facility was not provided but full price was charged. This in our view is inadequate facility provided, warranting partial refund of at least 20% considering staying in basement flat without view of outside world and without any form of entertainment.

Hello dear Riaz thank you for choosing our accommodation for your stay and thank you again for the 4 stars you gave me. I'm really sorry for the quality of the TV pictures which were not correct according to you, we will work on them to improve them. As you said, I helped you on different occasions: 1- I personally went to pick you up at the airport for accommodation free of charge 2- I cooked eggs for you some mornings in my kitchen to help you. 3- You used my laundry room free of charge on several occasions (even though you had to pay for it). 4- You cooked in the accommodation even though I had forbidden you to do so. We have done our utmost to satisfy you. Be grateful Thank-you
