For us it is awsum very easy to were you need for almost everything if you have a few drinks you can walk about 15 minutes and even a small grocery store with most essentials Bowls club very close and easy to get along with the beach is only a 10 minute w or less. Restaurants all within walking distance The units are always extremely clean and present nicely

it was ok for the price but the shower head leaked bad the place had no bells or whisles but somewhere to sleep

The shower was a disappointment. The water leaked onto the bathmat. The shower floor was slippery , and the shower head fell down if it was turned off quickly. The soap holder was useless an needs fixing. The basin tap is loose. I tripped on the door into the bathroom as the raised step is not easy to see.
