Classic Big Bear A-Frame cabin located in a beautiful Moonridge area within walking distance to Bear Mountain Ski Resort and just a short drive to the lake, Village, and National Forest hiking trails. This charming cabin comes equipped with everything you need for a memorable mountain getaway!
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1,000+ sq ft home with living room, smart TV, dining table, bar seating, wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 loft bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first loft bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs second loft bedroom has a queen bed. Living room has sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Game room with pool table. Smart TV with streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games.
OUTDOORS - Back deck with views of the ski slopes and charcoal barbecue.
PARKING - 2 car driveway
Close to National Forest hiking trails
Bear Mountain - close walk
Snow Summit - 3 miles
Lake - 3.8 miles
Oktoberfest - 4.1 miles
Village - 4.2 miles
Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
