You have access to the whole main floor area, kitchen, dining room, sitting area, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. Basement has a private entrance and it's not available.

Offers modern living room with a large TV, bright bathroom. it has a spacious kitchen with new appliances. Parking for two vehicles on a driveway. You can enjoy your morning coffee with toast & there is a lot of space to do office work. Toronto Pearson Airport (5 minutes), Downtown/ Mississauga/Vaughan/Scarborough (20 min. by car).

Please present your government issued photo ID upon arrival and other reference check will be happening. No illegal activities allowed No excessive drinking, No smoking, no loud noise, no pets. Please be tidy, clean, quiet and respectful. if the rules are violated, you will be fined $500 -$1000.
