The kitchen is complete with modern amenities including a dishwasher and coffee pod machine that uses L’or and Nespresso pods.

The lower-level family room has the convenience of a kitchenette and a large screen TV, providing an ideal spot for the kids to enjoy gaming and entertainment with the board games and Playstation 5 provided.

For your comfort this home is complete with reverse cycle airconditioning throughout, ensuring a pleasant environment regardless of the weather.

Alfresco dining from the seaside deck is a must and from here you can enjoy the scenic views across the coastal dunes towards the sea.

House was set up exceptionally well and superb location. Had 8 people in the house and was more than enough space for all of us, great back yard and driveway for all cars. The quite steep driveway entrance caused a couple of the sedans to bottom out coming in and out but suvs and 4x4s have no issues at all. Nothing to complain about!

Good home for large groups and families. Great backyard area. Although bbq was filthy and we did not use. Kitchen amenities good. Bathrooms need a shelf in shower alcove. But the biggest issue is no blinds upstairs for the blinding western sun, not pleasant in late afternoon, be awful in summer.

Great location for group stays

We are a family of five and had friend join us - this was a great location and layout. If staying again I would just pack a few dishwashing tablets but that’s about all. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable

Home away from home

An ideal holiday house for 2 or more families. Well appointed and plenty of space both inside and out. A very peaceful location with great balcony. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful home and well equipped.

We enjoy this beautiful home as it was large enough for the whole family to enjoy each other's company without being on top of each other. It was well equipped outdoors and indoors offering a large range of activities for the young and old.

Excellent accommodation

Really happy with the amount of space and toilet/bathroom facilities for the amount of people we had staying. Can hear noise easily downstairs from upstairs, and the beds squeak. Beauitful views and a fantastic backyard for the kids ... perfect long footpath to roller skate and scooter, and huge grass area to play games. We will definitely book again to stay here, lovely home to accommodate all our needs.

Highly recommend Mood Beach House

Everything about our stay was easy, from the booking, finding the key, fully fenced back yard for our Corgi, PS5 for our teenager, property was beautifully presented and clean, basketball hoop and outdoor games are a great touch. It is also well equipped with everything we needed and some things we didn't! Dinner and cutlery sets for 16 people. We highly recommend this property and will be staying again on future trips. Thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful property with us.

Not happy

Disappointed to past bookings due to full rubbish bins on arrival and overall cleanliness. Food stains in drawers , hair in sheets and around floors .Windows need cleaning.

Holiday disruptions.

Although the property was excellent the joy of our holiday was disrupted by 1.Taking 1and1/2 hours to enter the property as we could not access the key. Then having to go to Wallaroo to collect them. 2.Finding a swarm of bees on the upstairs landing, preventing us from using the landing. One had to stay at the house to let the bee exterminator inside. 3. On Wednesday we found that the electricity supply had been cut off for the day. Therefore no showers and breakfast. We had to venture into Moonta to get hot drinks and food. 4. It took at least three phone calls to receive an answer to our problems Otherwise the house was a very pleasant and suitable to our needs. I would appreciate soap dishes, shelves for clothes, face washers for sponge wash in our case. Water icy cold not suitable for shower cleaning. Back yard was great for children.

The house was well equipped for our stay but could do with leaving some extra garbage bags for the kitchen and some oil for cooking also the dishwasher would run but didn't use the tablets, overall a great place to stay really family and pet friendly, we all loved it
