Here, a haven of relaxation awaits, inviting you to unwind in style after a day of adventure. This delightful retreat offers the perfect escape, where comfort and leisure seamlessly intertwine. Surrounded by nature, the outdoor amenities include a shared playground and a fun tetherball court, adding to the enjoyment!



The Space:

Casa Del Sol is a unique Quonset-style cabin that can sleep four people. The industrial-style kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker. The bedroom features a king-sized bed and a queen sleeper sofa for maximum comfort. The bathroom boasts a generously sized walk-in shower, and just outside, a comfortable sitting area beckons, inviting you to savor the breathtaking sunsets in style.



Great news for pet lovers! This property is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along for the adventure. We want everyone to enjoy their stay, including your four-legged family members. To ensure a paw-sitive experience please be aware of the following:



Pet fees & rules:

We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.

-Pet fee(s) will apply in addition to the nightly rate.

-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.

-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.

-A separate pet waiver must be signed.

-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.



Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.



To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

The town also boasts several wineries and breweries, where visitors can sample local libations and enjoy live music.



For outdoor enthusiasts, Wimberley is a dream come true. The town is home to several parks and natural areas, including the Blue Hole Regional Park, Jacob's Well Natural Area, and the Wimberley Valley Winery. Visitors can enjoy hiking, swimming, fishing, birdwatching, and kayaking in these scenic locales.

Thank you for choosing Cozi Vacation Rentals! Important details for your upcoming stay:

1. Check-in instructions, house rules, and property addresses will be sent 72 and 8 hours before arrival.

2. Not all homes have cable; consider setting up a streaming account in advance.

3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.

8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit (if available) at your vacation rental.

11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.

Great Cozy getaway!

Overall this was a great place to getaway for a valentines weekend. The bungalow was cute and had all the essentials and the location was close to downtown Wimberly and easy to get to and from. Property manager was easy to communicate with and made sure everything was taken care of. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
