Welcome to this amazing south-west facing one bedroom unit.
Fun, Friendly, Vibrant and Walkable!
You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located condo, close to Stampede grounds, famous 17 Ave, and Downtown.
This space provides all you need for an enjoyable stay, including FREE underground parking, and easy access to Starbucks, bars, and restaurants at your doorstep!
We are excited to welcome you to our condo!
The large kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is perfect for the gourmet chef and entertaining friends/family.
You are welcomed by the spacious open living room. complimented by floor to ceiling windows and flooded with sunlight. Turn on the 55" UHD 4k Smart TV to Roku, YouTube and others popular channels. Feel free to connect your iPhone, Android to Smart TV using casting technologies and see/listen your favourite streams on TV.
A frosted glass sliding partition creates separation for the master bedroom. It ensures optimal open concept living.
In suite laundry and washer are available. Feel free to let us know if you need anything in particular during your stay

The property was great, exactly as expected, tidy, and with everything you need. Alex was great to deal with, even with some hiccups on check in. No complaints and I will be staying there again in the future.

It was walking distance from tons of amenities and shops, including the city’s rail station for further travel. I would definitely recommend this getaway

Great amenities and location, but the bed was AWFUL!!! Just a rock-hard futon that brought on my husband’s sciatica to the point that he had to sleep on the couch,which was not much better. Given the amount we spent, the whole situation was ridiculous.That being said, we would stay again in a heartbeat, providing there was a decent mattress, and Alex was lovely.

Very clean and conveniently located

I had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The check-in process went very smoothly, making our arrival stress-free. The host was incredibly easy to get ahold of and responded promptly to any questions I had. The apartment itself was spotless and very clean, which made me feel right at home. Additionally, the location was extremely convenient, with easy access to local attractions and amenities.
