- Art Deco Studio in one of Melbourne's most convenient & leafy suburbs, privately positioned in a quiet tree-lined street.

- All within walking distance to the beach & every desirable amenity.
2 mins walk to the 3 different bus routes
400 meters to Elwood beach, shops, restaurants and bars

- Entire studio with Queen bed, bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, hairdryer, private bathroom and study desk and chair with a separate entrance and a private courtyard. Tea, coffee in room.

- Your studio has a separate entrance and private courtyard as per photos

- You can park in our driveway - We have CCTV all outside the property- very safe

The studio is only as big as a small motel room and is suitable for one person e.g. inside there is only one chair

Lovely little studio

Loved the location, ease of parking and cleanliness. Holly was lovely to deal with, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Two Day Visit

It was a lovely little room to stay in. It does not have a dedicated kitchen space so be prepared to order food! Lovely area to stay in.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay

Fantastic location with excellent public transport connect to St Kilda and City. Easy walk to the beach. Round the corner from Elwood bakery and excellent coffee. Friendly host, Clean and comfortable I look forward to toying again next time I travel to Melbourne

Three night stay

Prompt, clear communication with host. Very good Elwood location. "Studio" is a bit misleading as kitchen facilities are strictly those listed; no sink. I'm not keen on washing dishes in bathroom. Also no table to eat at; no comfy chair, only the bed to relax on. Pillows and doona very heavy, lumpy.OK for a shortcstay, but not great.

Potential to be so much better

Generally clean but very smelly doona and pillows. A charge for cleaning and guess this includes linen. Articles generally smell due to bacterial content so these articles should be sanitised or disposed off. When linen is laundered unsatisfactorily by the host, who has charged for cleaning then that is not appropriate. As house adjoins another dwelling was kept awake by people next door the first night. On the second night there was an almighty disturbance next door which almost had me leaving the premises as I didn’t feel safe. Have asked host to sort this out for future guests.
