Welcome to our cozy and convenient city apartment; a great choice for both short getaways and longer stays.



This spacious unit features an open-plan living area with a sofa and dining table, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a warm, welcoming space. Step out onto the private balcony to take in views of nearby greenery.



The kitchen is fully equipped with practical appliances and good storage, giving you everything you need to cook during your stay.

You’ll find two bedrooms; the main with a queen bed and the second with two single beds, making it ideal for families, friends, or work trips.

The bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, and all the essentials to help you settle in with ease.

During your stay, you’ll also have access to shared facilities including a swimming pool, tennis court, and secure entry for added peace of mind.

Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.

- Quiet time: 9 pm to 8 am.

This is a great apartment pretty much exactly as you would expect from the listing. We were there for a few nights and it was very comfortable and clean. The location is convenient to the city centre but is still a short walk. Having a 24 hour reception desk was very comforting to know there was always someone to contact close by. As well as this the responsiveness of our hosts was excellent and any questions were answered quickly and nothing seemed like a bother. We would definitely consider the location again if we were to revisit.
