This one-of-a-kind luxury ocean front villa is centrally located on a quiet road in the heart of Elbow Cay. Only a 5 minute golf cart ride to Hope Town and minutes away from the islands hotspots. This 8 bedroom 7 1/2 bath home is newly built in 2024 and will not disappoint. Equipped with large indoor and outdoor entertaining areas, pool, chefs kitchen, bar, covered outdoor sitting area and a private beach area. 2 of the bedrooms are situated in a private apartment that is equipped with a small kitchen and living area. This home is ideal for large families or groups who are looking for a 'resort like' experience but with the privacy of their own home. Also included is a boat slip that can accommodate a boat up to 40'. Our property management team can elevate your experience by offering a private chef experience, onsite massages, group yoga sessions, boat charters and lots more!

Kitchen was fantastic and Marsh Harbour Concierge took care of provisions.Group of 16 adults, all were very comfortable. House was amazing for a large group!

Check in was a breeze. The concierge group was above and beyond helpful with restaurant, cart rental, shopping suggestions and more. The property was the most well-equipped VRBO we have ever stayed in! Next trip to Hope Town we will book again!Thank you all!

Hope Town music festival

We had a fantastic time. The house is in a great location on a very nice part of the beach. Kitchen was well set up, which made things easy for us. Our concierge made everything easy from golf carts to getting a private chef to booking fishing tours. We go every year, but this was the first time at this property. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic week at the Ocean Gaze

We had a group of 14 - 6 adults and 8 children. Great property, great location, and an amazing spring break vacation for all of us. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing week on Elbow Cay!!!

Wonderful Week in Ocean Gaze!

We had a wonderful time visiting Ocean Gaze, the house was exactly as pictured. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool & exploring the beach and cave right in front of the house. Clara and the homeowner were wonderful and easy to communicate with during our stay and helped in any needs we had. We did use Bradley Fox for a chef one night and wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. Terrible experience but had nothing to do with the house- just don’t book him for your occasion. We would love to come back and visit Ocean Gaze again! We had a wonderful trip! Thanks again

Amazing home on a spectacular island!

Perfect for a large group with plenty of room to spread out. The pool was refreshing after a day out on the water. I would strongly recommend it!

When we arrived the local host met us at the house to go over everything and kept in contact throughout our stay. The house was as advertised and suited our large family well. We will definitely be back!

There are no words!!! Exceptional!

We are beyond thankful to have found Ocean Gaze! We have a big family and a boat and finding a beautiful property to stay in on our annual trip to Abacos was not easy. From the moment we stepped foot in front of the house, we knew this house would be special and we were speechless.Every space in this house was perfect. Each bedroom space has its own bathroom with is ideal traveling with adults. The living spaces are beautiful and the kitchen is the heartbeat of the home! So much space for everyone to enjoy meals together and several women in the kitchen.The pictures do nothing justice at Ocean Gaze. From decor to comfort to the outside living and entertaining space at the pool, AND THAT VIEW! We hosted a dinner for our group at out home with Chef Carlton, and his wife to prepare the most beautiful Bahamian dinner. David is lovely and was so gracious with all my questions. Clara, the OG concierge was amazing and very responsive to any concerns during our stay. Cannot wait until next year as we have already booked our next trip!Thank you, David and Clara! We will see you next year!!

Great place for family gathering!

Ocean Gaze is just Wonderful. Cousins and spouses (7 couples) wanted to gather in Elbow Cay to enjoy a week of boating and fishing with a family member that keeps a boat in the marina. Ocean Gaze looked perfect on line--enough bedrooms with queen and king beds, bathrooms, pool, space and accommodations for cooking all that fish we caught. The house presented as in the pictures--relaxing and stylish. Clara the concierge was so helpful in finding us carts for the week, and helping with transporting us from the marina will all our groceries and luggage! David, the owner was responsive from the time we were even considering renting. Great sunrises and sunsets, beach access and good location for us--close to Sea Spray Marina, not far from Hope Town, Abaco Inn is close too. Many of us could walk the island. I would recommend this to any group looking for a relaxing and spacious place. It is worth the price!

60th birthday celebration

We loved our stay at OG. There were 10 women (37-65yo)! The house was big enough for everyone to have their own space/bed. The living area and kitchen are also very nice and big enough for everyone to enjoy. Clara, the caretaker was outstanding! She was always available and tended to any and all of our needs. Carlton Lebron, our chef was equally great! He catered 2 meals while we were there. The whole experience was amazing and yes…we will be back! Thank you !

Outstanding

Ocean Gaze is a stunning oceanfront property decorated with high-end furnishings and luxury linens throughout. Monogrammed bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided in every bathroom. The patio and deck areas are furnished with comfortable outdoor furnishings, beach towels, outdoor games and a large outdoor Bose speaker. Trust me, you will want to carve out some time to relax around the expansive deck and pool while taking in the gorgeous ocean views. The house has a great beach that is walkable. Head north and check out the cool rock formation. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly want or need to cook your meals. A great bar just off the living room. Our last night on the island, we hired Chef Carlton to prepare our dinner. What a treat! The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Clara, the concierge is friendly, responsive and prompt. My husband and I owned a vacation rental on Elbow Cay which was severely damaged by Dorian and we currently own a vacation rental in Jupiter, Fl. It takes a lot of time, energy and effort to manage a vacation property and to keep it in tip top shape. I can't praise the owner Dave enough on providing one of the very best vacation rentals on the island. Ocean Gaze feels like a 5-star resort. Thank you Dave for providing such a spectacular home for so many to enjoy.

5 Star Vacation

Words cannot describe what an amazing vacation we had at the newly constructed Ocean Gaze! From start to finish, David was the best host. Since this was our first trip to Hope Town, I had so many questions on where to buy provisions, ferry information, golf cart rental etc.. David was so quick to respond to all my questions no matter how big or small. We were a group of 19 moms and 20 year old daughters. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Clara, the house concierge, who will help you with all your needs during your stay - restaurant reservations, ferry transportation, chef recommendations, food provisions and anything else you can think of. Clara is such a delightful person and having Clara really elevated our experience. Where to start with this beautiful house… Ocean Gaze is by far the best equipped house I have ever rented. David has thought of everything starting with the fresh baked cookies upon arrival. The decor is just stunning, the pool and the view to die for, and a beautiful white sand beach right out front. The house has the best layout and we never felt the slighted bit crowded. Eat at Firefly and Abaca Inn - a short golf cart ride away. There is also a small coffee shop within walking distance. Rent a golf cart, spend a day on the boat to go to Nippers and have Chef Carleton cook a delicious Bahamian meal. I cannot recommend David and Ocean Gaze enough. We will definitely be back to Hope Town and Ocean Gaze will be my first choice every time!

Family Vacation

This was our family's first visit to Elbow Cay. We have done a lot of VRBO rentals with our family in many locations. By far, this was the very best experience we have ever had from the host. The communication, follow up skills, management of the property, the property itself, including how well it is stocked, was truly exceptional. The concierge helped to make our trip run smooth, even with an airline groundstop. The property is centrally located, ocean views are breath taking and the house itself exceeded all expectations. It is very close to Abaco Inn, Firefly and Mackey's making incredible meals easy! We would highly recommend this property and would rent again!

Hi there! My partner, daughter, 4 dogs and I live in Toronto Canada. As much as we love the Great White North, we try to head South to the Bahamas as much as we can. Our family loves the outdoors, whether it is the snow or the beach.

We fell in love with Hope Town when vacationing on the Island in 2021. Even though the Island is small, it has a huge personality. Great restaurants, bars, beaches, fishing, snorkeling, boating....the island has it all. An afternoon of property 'window shopping' turned into a decision that would change our lives forever. We immediately fell in love with the property and the views. We can't wait to build a lifetime of memories on the island.

My family and I have put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into building our home over the last 2 years. Building a home on such a remote island has been one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences we have ever had to deal with. We couldn't be happier with the end result and we are confident that others will enjoy the property as much as we do.

The home has a 'resort like' feel with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Wakeup early to enjoy the gorgeous sunrise or enjoy a cocktail on one of the many front porches to enjoy the sunset views. There is ample room, both indoors and outdoors, for entertaining large families and friends. The dipping pool is perfect for lounging or hours of entertainment for the kids. The home is fully equipped with everything you need and more to make the most of the experience. A large chef's kitchen, a separate lower level apartment, a wet bar area for entertaining, large family room, indoor and outdoor dining, gorgeous covered sitting area, laundry room...the list goes on!
