In my experience staying with any similar service, when you book, or the day of, you get a message from the host letting you know where it is, how to get in, etc. Received no such message, had to probe the host for information regarding exact address of the place as well as unit number since it was an apartment. Was never given access to WiFi. Overall not a bad place but host is difficult to communicate with.
