As you enter the home, you will find hardwood floors throughout. The spacious great room has a beautiful glass-top coffee table and a large flat-screen TV along with a couch and chairs for your lounging pleasure. This room has a view of the balcony and is a fabulous retreat after a long, fun day at the beach. The dining room table offers comfortable seating for 4, where everyone can enjoy their morning breakfast while taking in the backyard scenery through the large sliders. The cozy kitchen boasts white cabinetry and appliances including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, silverware & a dishwasher. If you prefer to enjoy a meal al fresco on your screened-in balcony, feel free to gather on the outdoor patio table.

The master bedroom features a large king-size bed with a dresser and nightstand, overlooking the beautiful outdoor landscape. Your luxurious ensuite master bathroom boasts a large vanity and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom hosts a queen-size bed with decorative bedding and a dresser. The guest bathroom includes a large sink and a tub/shower. This particular unit also offers a laundry room with a washer & dryer for your convenience.

Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details. Any application fees required by the HOA are non-refundable.

The Meadows Country Club offers seasonal memberships, which can be purchased directly from the clubhouse. There are four different membership packages to choose from.
