Golfer's paradise! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, enjoy this seasonal villa located inside University Park Country Club. This two bedroom two bath villa overlooks the 14th hole of the beautiful golf course. A split plan design gives both bedrooms private space. The spacious master bedroom offers a walk-in closet and shower. The amenities include golf, tennis, fitness center and dining. Located West of I-75 and approximately 3.5 miles to University Town Center. Minutes away from delicious restaurants and approximately 8 miles to downtown Sarasota.

University Park offers four different Trial Memberships over three different time periods that enable you to enjoy it all! After booking a property this information will be made available to you for purchase. If you are interested in the trial memberships this must be set up through University Park. We are in no way affiliated with the programs that they offer. University Park is long recognized as one of the premier country clubs in our area. The 27-hole championship golf course, designed by world-renowned golf course architect Ron Garl, is consistently ranked one of the top courses in Florida. They also have a large practice area including two putting greens, a driving range and short game practice.

This was the perfect place for a golf getaway. The condo was spotless and comfortable, and being so close to the course made it easy to head out for early rounds. After a day of playing, it was great to come back to a quiet space where we could relax. Everything was simple and stress‑free, just what we wanted.

The floors and furniture were covered in dirt, which was the start of our vacation. Television worked for first week only. Wi-Fi did not work, according to instructions. The utilities were old and noisy. A very disappointing vacation. We did call to complain poor response.

Try a lot harder

Arrived at the property to find it was filthy from the hurricanes. The floors and furniture were covered in dust. We only got TV for 1 week, the WiFi info given was wrong and of no use. Dishwasher wouldn’t operate. , until finally fixed. We have used VRBO many times, but this was awful.

At the time of your visit, the area had recently been impacted by severe hurricanes, and despite our best efforts to prepare the property, it’s clear that we fell short in ensuring it was cleaned and fully functional for your arrival. For that, we truly apologize. We also regret the inconvenience you experienced with the WiFi, television, and dishwasher. These issues should have been addressed before your stay, and we’ve since taken steps to improve communication, maintenance response times, and post-storm property readiness.
