Had we been notified during your 30-day visit, we would have gladly sent the pool service or housekeeping back immediately to ensure your comfort. As for the furniture, our seating is designed for a modern, low-profile aesthetic, as shown in our listing photos. We understand that comfort is subjective, and we appreciate your input as we look into future updates. Finally, regarding the checkout, there seems to be a misunderstanding. We only arrived at 7:00 AM because you had proactively informed us you would be vacating by that time. We apologize sincerely for the accidental intrusion while your plans changed; our team was simply trying to get a head start on a deep clean for the next guest based on the timeline you provided. We always respect the 10:00 AM checkout and never intended to make you feel rushed. We are sorry to hear that Sarasota’s popularity and traffic weren't to your liking, but we wish you the best in your future travels.

Regarding the cleanliness and floors, we explicitly informed you that the housekeeping team was still working when you requested an early check-in. We chose to grant your request to get you into the home sooner as a courtesy, though in hindsight, we agree that maintaining our 4 PM standard would have ensured the spotless finish we usually provide. Regarding the bugs and bathroom mats, our home is located in a tropical environment where tiny insects can occasionally enter during the cleaning process when doors are open; however, we have a professional pest control schedule in place. We take hygiene very seriously and have since replaced the bath mats and updated our kitchen inventory, including the cookware and utensils mentioned. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can rectify any concerns immediately. We appreciate your input as it helps us improve, and we wish you the best in your future travels
