This extraordinary property has been designed and styled with the intent of creating a warm, welcoming and relaxing coastal retreat. The instant you walk through the door, guests feel at ease. The dazzling North Easterly aspect delivers spectacular views across the Tasman Sea. With a large deck at the back of the property overlooking the beach you might just be lucky enough to spot some of the friendly dolphins who like to come and play in the crystal blue waters or just sit back and relax whilst enjoying the sun, a good book or a cuppa. Culburra Beach is an amazing destination and Onshore has one of the best locations on the shoreline with a mere two-minute stroll through your own private path to the surf. Onshore has 4 bedrooms, with the main bedroom having an ensuite. The home comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests. There are 2 bathrooms in total and an outdoor shower. Importantly, Onshore has air-conditioning, dishwasher, Wi-Fi and a coffee machine. Your inner chef will be delighted with great ocean views whilst in the kitchen or from the deck whilst using the outdoor gas BBQs. For guests not seeking to cook, please reach out and we’ll be delighted to introduce you to some amazing catering options either as a one off or maybe for more regular treats throughout your stay. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy with the whole of the property yours when rented. To help make it easier for you to slip into holiday mode we provide the following- all beds will be made up with quality linens prior to your arrival- bath towels are provided for each guest- well stocked kitchen with seasonings, tea and a couple of coffee pods so you can have a break before heading to the local shops.- selection of board games, books and DVDs.- high chair and portacot provided. Please note that this is a family friendly and pet friendly property. The property is not available for events, parties or schoolies. No large groups of adults will be accepted. Maximum number of adults permitted at the property at any one time is 6-8 unless from the same family and there must be a mixture of adults and children for bookings above 8.The minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old.
