Oceanfront Views, Recently Updated, Three Bedroom Third Floor Condo

This third floor beautiful condominium, within the Captain's Walk community, has direct oceanfront views that will not disappoint.

The kitchen to the left as you enter, comes fully-stocked to meet all of your needs during your relaxing stay. Beyond the kitchen is the dining area with seating for six. The Living Room features plenty of comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and sliding glass door access to your private oceanfront balcony, with sweeping views of the ocean and pool area.

The primary bedroom, with its oceanfront views, has a king bed and an en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom has a sink vanity and tiled walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a King size bed and flat screen TV. The accompanying bathroom has a tub and shower combination.

The third bedroom contains two Twin beds, flat screen TV and a couch for additional seating. The Guest Bathroom also features a tiled tub and shower combination.

The Captain's Walk community has its own large oceanfront pool and spa as well as areas for grilling while being conveniently located for an easy walk to the George Fazio and Robert Trent Jones golf courses, General Store and Tennis facilities!

A lot less than we thought it would be

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Noise for a week while they scraped all entry doors, mice in unit, no instructions for very high scale appliances, broken swing chairs on deck, unannounced visits by PM personnel were all interruptions to what we thought would be a getaway vacation

Vacation stay post hurricane

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I waited a month to write this review. I have never written one before. On Thursday August the 8th I called the resort to inquire any damages incurred or traffic detours due to the recent flooding from the hurricane. I was assured that travel from the Charlestown airport was fine and damage was minimal. I also asked about several of the golf courses my husband had made tee times for. I was given the green light for our upcoming stay! On Friday my husband received a call that our rental condo had received significant water damage and we had to be relocated! It was three pm in the afternoon and I needed to return the call no later then four. After speaking to the resort management, they found us another similar rental. I was told several times it was an upgrade because of its proximity to the beach. I asked about the number of bathrooms and the bed configurations. I lost a half-bath and went to two twin beds from two queen beds in a very updated condo. I wasn’t pleased, but we flew out the next day. Upon arrival I found a very dated condo in need of several repairs and a good cleaning. I took pictures of a broken closet door and broken blinds in the master bedroom. I bought a package of white sponges and removed many marks from the walls. I sprayed Lysol and Febreze to help mask the odors of dampness and nonuse.I bought dish cloths to use because none were found. We didn’t have hangers in two closets. The linens on the beds did not fit and keeping them on the bed was a challenge. The location and poolside amenities were great though! My family enjoyed their stay immensely!! I learned to overlook the issues and enjoyed myself!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have one major complaint. We always arrive in the morning to take advantage of the day. Totally understand that our rental unit may not be ready. However, to be deprived of the use of the pool until check in is very unfair. Depending on check in time, you can lose almost an entire day of vacation.

Great location, nice unit

We really enjoyed the unit and area. It’s a large three bedroom three bath. The location of the unit in the complex could not be better. Third floor, near stairwell. Easy access to BBQ, pool, and beach-all just steps away. The unit had beach chairs (5), a cooler, umbrella and various beach toys, floaties. No beach towels though. The kitchen was adequate with utensils and blender, etc, however, no basics like salt and pepper or foil or plastic wrap. If you are traveling by car from home, you are at a total advantage being able to pack kitchen basics/spices. My only complaint is the grimy sofa. Definitely in need of a steam cleaning, slip cover or replacement.

The location was great. The condo was old and needed a update ,

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in dire need for a major upgrade. The stove was sticky and dirty. The blinds in the back bedroom were broken. The plastic wine glasses need to be replaced. The view was great . The couch was very comfortable . They should leave instructions on how to work the stove top.
