Enjoy open-plan living with a sofa bed, dining area, study nook and outdoor space. Close to Latimer Square, New Regent Street, Margaret Mahy Playground, and the Convention Centre. You're only a short walk to cafes and restaurants in Christchurch's central area. Your Gloucester Street Getaway awaits.
Welcome to our Gloucester Street retreat, featuring a comfortable one-bedroom, one-bathroom space. The ground floor includes an open kitchen, living, and dining area that connects to a private courtyard. There's a spacious sofa bed to accommodate flexible sleeping arrangements.
On the first floor, you'll find a bedroom with a king-sized bed and a practical desk. The roomy bathroom has a tiled shower, heated towel rail, and a heated bidet toilet. For your convenience, we've added a washer and dryer in the kitchen area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances like a rice cooker, steamer, oven, hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer. If you prefer dining out, you're just a short walk away from New Regent Street, The Terraces, and Cashel Street Mall, offering plenty of dining options.
Easy to use electronic keypad to enter the property. Free street parking only - located outside on the street - no allocated parks.
City Noise - Please note this is an inner-city Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.
Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.
