This house has everything you need to escape the hustle and bustle and embrace island time, featuring two queen beds, a large living space with excellent entertainment options including Foxtel and Netflix, a renovated kitchen and bathroom, and a sunny courtyard with a BBQ perfect for alfresco dining.
Whether you're travelling by yourself, with a couple of bringing the family, this lovely cottage caters to your every need. A renovated kitchen makes cooking a breeze with a large dining table for shared meals at home. A leafy courtyard makes the most of Sydney's sunny weather and lends itself to breakfast or dinners outdoors. A BBQ makes it easy to cook up a storm.

Inside, the comfortable living area features ample seating and entertainment by way of cable TV (Foxtel) and Netflix, perfect for nights in. The master bedroom features a queen sized bed with an electric blanket, plenty of wardrobe space and a free-to-air TV. The second bedroom is fitted with a double sized bed, clothes rack and mirrored dressing table.

The kitchen includes the appliances such as a microwave, oven, stove, toaster, kettle and fridge. There are cooking staples and basic pantry condiments for use during your stay.

An oversized, stylishly renovated bathroom includes a bathtub and separate shower, while there is also a separate guest toilet. The house has an internal laundry with a washing machine and clothes hanger outside.

Our villa is located in a shared community, which means there are common access paths. Parking in front of the garage is prohibited, as it obstructs the driveways of other residents. However, there is ample free street parking available throughout the day. You may drive up to the villa to unload your luggage, but please return your vehicle to the street afterward.
