Absolutely stunning, this spacious and lavishly decorated Victorian Terrace is located in the heart of Sydney. It boasts four generously sized double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there's a fifth double bed in the attic, suitable for children.

Enjoy picturesque harbor views from the upper levels, including a roof terrace that provides a spectacular vantage point.

The house features a large, professionally designed kitchen, complete with an inviting eat-in area, separate formal dining space, and a Miele coffee machine. The indoor and outdoor seating areas provide plenty of options for relaxation and entertainment.

Conveniently situated just a short walk away from iconic landmarks such as the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House, this property is nestled in the historic Rocks district. Our home is situated in the heart of Sydney's historical district and offers easy access to some of the city's most iconic landmarks. You can walk to the Sydney Opera House, The Rocks district, The Sydney Harbour Bridge, and the Sydney city centre shopping district. Observatory Hill Park and Barangaroo reserve are just a two-minute walk away, while the Sydney Aquarium and the Brangaroo entertainment area are also within walking distance. The Crown casino is just five minutes away, and you can take a short ferry ride to Taronga Zoo Sydney. The location is perfect for exploring all that Sydney has to offer, and the Walsh Bay theatre district is just a five-minute walk away.

The property is conveniently located just a few minutes away from major transportation hubs such as bus, train, and ferries. If you have a car, there are parking garages nearby, and on-street paid parking is also available right in front of the property for added convenience.

Simply The Best

Incredible property, completely luxurious, private, secure yet easy walking distance to 5 star restaurant and entertainment. We stayed as 4 individuals, all with our own private bathroom and bedroom. Family holidays, trips with friends, entertaining clients this property is for you. We will all be back.

Beautiful Home and Amazing Location

This property is beautiful. Great space. Lots of room, storage and the location can not be beat. Walking distance to everything you want to enjoy in Sydney. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury stay at a fraction of hotel cost. AMAZING HOME!

Great house in the best location possible!

We stayed there the week of New Years eve and its the best location in Sydney. We were able to walk to all the local sites and see the fireworks from the roof. The house has four bedrooms which worked great for our large family. Since we were there in the middle of a hot summer it was great to have air conditioning throughout the whole house. Be prepared to walk up and down a great many steps as the house is tall and skinny, with narrow stairs to access the top level movie theatre and roof top. Everything worked great and we loved our stay!

Beautiful and Convenient

Great house very close to the ferry and the Rocks absolutely beautiful place clean and well maintained. We stayed with our 2 kids both under 2 and it was a tough house for kids lots of stairs, but I think an awesome house for a group of adults. Highly recommend.

Sydney Surprise

This is an unbelievable property! Walk out the door and across the street is Royal Observatory Park. Turn left and you are steps from The Rocks and a short walk to Circular Quay. Go to the right and soon you are overlooking Darling Harbor in Barangaroo, with the wide variety of restaurants and shopping. The Queen Victoria Building and old downtown are less than a mile away, an easy stroll.The property itself is fantastic! A great entertaining area and kitchen with modern appliances downstairs, with three large and comfortable bedrooms above. There is a crow's nest with great views atop.Finally, the property managers are great - responsive, helpful, and cordial. I can't say enough good things about our stay - it so far exceeded our expectations as to cast doubt that the rest of our trip will measure up. If you have a chance to stay here, by all means do it!

Ideal Sydney Location by the Rocks

This is a perfect house to have a restful headquarters while you explore Sydney. Luxury touches inside the house make it feel like you're living in an estate with plentiful windows providing natural light in every room in the house. There is a rooftop patio atop the house's 4th story that provides stunning views of the sunset over the harbor. You are a short walk from some of the most iconic locations in Sydney. Food, drink, and fun is never more than just a few minutes away. The house has a well-appointed kitchen that makes it easy to cook meals if you don't want to go out. The house is also right down the street from the oldest brewery in Sydney, Lord Nelson's Brewery.Highly recommned this property for families and friends. Parking is challenging everywhere in Sydney, so you may want to rely on ride shares, public transportation, and walking to get around.
