An open-plan space features a living area furnished with a comfortable corduroy couch, glass-topped coffee table, modern artwork and a wide-screen TV; sitting alongside a corner kitchen that features a quirky red splashback and is fully equipped with modern appliances including a large fridge, microwave, electric stovetop, oven, dishwasher and all the basic cooking utensils such as pots, pans, dishes and cutlery.

When you’re not out exploring the endless dining options on your doorstep, cook up a storm and dine outside on your own private balcony that overlooks the quiet Russell Place.

The spacious bedroom has a plush queen bed with a large, stunning timber headboard as well as large built-in mirrored wardrobes.

A contemporary and pristine bathroom comes with a beautiful timber bench, wall-length mirror, large vanity, and has a toilet and a shower. Additional luxuries include a split-system heating and cooling unit, a laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Please note the smart TV has no live free to air channles, it does however have the free to air channels on demand and Netflix.

Some works are being conducted on the exterior of the apartment building and scaffolding has been erected. The works should be completed by November 2022.

All linen and towels are provided. Some basic necessities are also provided but those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Apologies in advance, but council restrictions do not allow us to set up lockboxes for keys in this area. Our meet-and-greet service will incur an additional fee of $30 for check-ins after 8 pm, and $60 after midnight. Thank you for understanding.
