This beautiful apartment is flooded in natural light with an open plan design, modern kitchen and secure parking, and comes with air-conditioning and heating to keep things comfortable year-round.
With horizontal full-length windows and a free-flowing design, this apartment has a leafy outlook that superbly resonates with its South Yarra locale. Warm timber is enhanced with pops of colour and mixed textiles to create an inviting home away from home.

The open plan dining and living area is spacious enough for groups to spread out. There’s a leather sofa and a TV catering to your evening entertainment. A dining table makes it easy for guests to come together for a shared meal or use for setting up a laptop if you’re here on business. You’ll find some of Melbourne’s trendiest dining hubs within walking distance, but a full kitchen also allows guests to prepare food at home.

Both bedrooms are set with comfortable queen-sized beds, topped in plush linens for a good night’s sleep. The first bedroom has a gorgeous garden view and benefits from its own TV, reading nook and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The second bedroom is also decorated as a haven to start and end your day. The monochrome-themed bathroom makes it easy to refresh with a combination bathtub and shower and is stocked with complimentary toiletries for your stay. Guests will have access to a shared washing machine within the building, and private clothes dryer in the apartment.

Undercover parking is provided for one car.

**Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If guests want to receive mail they will need to have it sent to the local post office for pick up.

The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourself with access to the communal laundry area for use of the washing machine. Please make yourself at home!

Its leafy streets are lined with prestigious homes and lush parks, while Chapel Street runs through the centre offering back-to-back shopping and entertainment. From South Yarra station you can hop on a quick train and be in the CBD within minutes or ride the quick tram to St Kilda Beach. South Yarra is home to Australian designer fashion, heritage landmarks such as Como House and notable dining at Omnia and Matilda. Prahran Market sells everything from fresh fruit and vegetables to gourmet cheeses and fresh pasta, with a food court in the courtyard.
