Situated on the top-floor with lots of natural light, it offers open plan living with sliding doors that open out to a compact balcony within the trees. Enjoy secure parking for one car—a rarity in this area—plus, you’ll be close to Albert Park Lake, St. Kilda Botanical Gardens, Prahran Market and The Alfred Hospital.
Situated on the back of a boutique block shielded from street noise, enjoy a contemporary apartment with added convenience of a private balcony framed by lush greenery. A comfortable L-shaped lounge beckons for cost nights at home in front of the TV, while a separate kitchen caters to meals at home. A dining table allows you to gather for dinner, game nights, or set your laptop up to work remotely.
Two bedrooms feature queen-size beds and come with the convenience of black-out blinds, while the convertible sofa in the living room can sleep a fifth guest. The bathroom features a shower and vanity and the convenience of a washing machine and a dryer, while a toilet sits separately and directly alongside it.
Additional amenities include secure parking for one car, air conditioning and heating, plus high-speed Wi-Fi.
Complimentary toiletries and consumables are provided for your comfort upon arrival. Once consumed, we kindly recommend that guests bring or purchase their own for the rest of their stay.
