Gather with up to 9 people in a safe, clean and private space. Rest and relax; entertain and enjoy.

Parking for up to four cars, two on the driveway and two in the private garage.

Your personal code opens the front door. Beyond, are 3 massive bedrooms with 5 total beds. There are extra linens and fresh towels for everyone.

There are two full baths. There is a walk-in shower ensuite for the master bedroom. Down the hall is a separate main bathroom with a tub.

Outside is Hooper Street Park on the Royal Recreation Trail at the banks of the Speed river. Walk to Guelph’s famous Boathouse to enjoy amazing ice cream and canoeing or kayaking!

We had a good stay at this property. The host is extremely responsive and helpful. There is plenty of room for a large group and location is quiet, near a park and sites you might want to visit in the area.

Guelph Wedding weekend

Check in was easy and Host was nice enough to let us check in a bit early. House was perfect size for 2 families. Lots of space inside and out. Plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen was a nice size and had everything we needed. Location is close to University and to Go/VIA station so easy to get around.

Great place with wonderful location

We were in town for family wedding and visit with relatives. The house was wonderful and spacious. So much better than staying in a hotel. Off the kitchen is a nice deck for morning coffee. Spacious living room, kitchen and bedrooms. Although our younger children did not come this time there were games, a park across the street and a path along the river to the Boat House Team Room and Ice Cream. Perfect place for a short stay or longer. We really enjoyed ourselves and Natalie the host was wonderful to work with.

We were in Guelph for a family wedding, and this was a wonderful gathering place. The location was perfect as it was directly across from the walking path and Hooper Park. The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable. We are looking forward to staying again in the future.

Great location

We enjoyed walking on the paths to restaurants and the Boat House for ice cream. The house was spacious and had air conditioning which we really appreciated in the high heat. We found everything we needed.

Easy walk to great restaurants and stores

We absolutely loved the walkability of this house. A nice walk through the park to some of the best restaurants and stores over a delightful covered bridge. The bedrooms had plenty of space for my soccer team and spouses to stay for our tournament. The kitchen had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Family winter get together

The house was very clean and comfortable. I cook a lot for my starving college student daughter, the kitchen is well equipped. We very much enjoyed our visit.

Great Weekend stay in Guelph

We had a great weekend stay in Guelph and loved the easy access to the trails along the river for walks and runs and central location. House had everything we needed for a great weekend visit with family in the area.

Great accomodation!

Stayed for a family funeral. Amazing location and everything that we needed. Comfortable beds, amazing that there was more than one bathroom. Check in and check out were easy. Thank you for letting us stay here. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable stay with great walks nearby

My husband and I stayed here while our dog underwent surgery at the nearby OVC Small Animal Hospital (she was with us for only one day but enjoyed the fenced in yard and taking walks in the park at the end of the street). We appreciated the responsiveness of our hostess, and were grateful for the clean and comfortable space to stay and work while we waited for our pup’s release from hospital. Short walks to the downtown for coffee, breakfast, or dinner meant we didn’t have to think about parking logistics downtown, and the walking paths nearby were pleasant for a stroll during the lovely weather. Everything you need is included (even access to the laundry, which we didn’t need), and nothing too fussy or fancy in the house made it perfect and worry-free for us and would be great for a family or group coming to town.

The house is spacious and clean. A few minutes drive from the university and downtown, located in a quiet neighbourhood and a few steps from a nice park and trail. The host is super responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this property.
