A TRANQUIL GETAWAY FOR 6…
Welcome to captivating views of the ocean ideal for unwinding and unpluging from reality. You are sure to recapture your island soul and fulfill all your tropical fantasies here. This delightful and newly furnished family retreat offers magnificent views, a soothing hot tub and is the perfect spot for finding your zen and casting your cares away. Located in a small, manufactured home community called "Bone Island'', this home is but a brief 10-15 minute Uber ride to all the excitement that is Key West and the famous Duval Street. Enjoy being a close to some of the best food, such as Hogfish Grill, Roostica or Chicos Cantina. Travel over to Hurricane Hole for happy hour and kayak tours from Lazy Dog or rent a boat for the day out of Stock Rock Cafe at Cow Key Marina.
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

DETAILS AND AMENITIES:
This home has all the basic amenities you'll need to relax under the tropical sky and enjoy all the creature comforts you expect. After a day of adventures in the salty waters, come home to this perfect retreat. Settle down on your cozy furnishings for an evening of your favorite tv shows (cable tv and wifi included) and cook your fresh catch of the day in the well stocked kitchen, which includes a stainless refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. There is also a stackable washer/dryer in the unit.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…
The primary bedroom features a brand new king size bed. The second bedroom features a twin/trundle that sleeps 2. For additional sleeping, the sleeper sofa in the living rooms pulls out to a queen bed. The hall bathroom includes a shower/tub combination.

OUTDOOR LIVING…
Park your boat on the private dock for your entire stay, fish off the dock and enjoy elevated views of the Atlantic Ocean. Then wash the day off in the hot tub and grill up your fresh catch of the day! Trailer parking is not included (see PARKING below). Key Haven public ramp is 0.7 miles. Go for a guided or private kayak tour nearby, or have kayaks delivered through our concierge service. Swimming off the dock is not recommended due to boat traffic and strong currents.
**Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes are not provided, but our concierge service will be happy to assist you with arranging for rentals to be delivered for your stay!
***The dock is 24 feet in length. Due to extreme tide fluctuation please refer to your tide charts for boating and dockage depths.

PARKING...
There is one private parking spot included with your stay. Trailer parking is not included--please contact a local marina.

PETS...
1 dog under 35 lbs is permitted at this home and a pet fee is required. Please include the size/breed when inquiring.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

We loved our stay at One Particular Harbor. Spent mornings and evenings relaxing on the deck or on the dock or around the tiki table. A short drive to Key West. It was a perfect place for our getaway!!

We enjoyed our stay overall. The property was clean and well maintained, which made for a comfortable visit. The deck was a great space to relax, and the hot tub was a definite highlight—perfect for unwinding at the end of the day.The main drawback was the location, which wasn’t quite as convenient or desirable as we had expected. Aside from that, the rental itself was pleasant and offered some nice amenities.

The home is just big enough and the backyard/dock veiw of the cove is awesome. It was very peaceful during our Monday to Friday stay. I would definitely recommend and rent again.

Perfect. Clean, well decorated, amazing views & property layout. Quintessential Keys home. I live in Key West but you can not get Ocean View or the space for this deal. I will definitely be renting again. Also, a plus it was pet friendly & Staff was amazing. Feels like home away from home - my family was very impressed.

Very nice spot!

Great place in a very convenient location! Pull out couch isn’t the most comfortable thing in the world, but it sleeps. Super clean, super easy check in (was even able to get in early) and a great price!

Nice spot on the bay

Great little spot on the bay, with lots of seating options to enjoy time outside by the water. The house is only about 20 min from downtown/ fort Thompson Beach and a 40 min bike ride. Very relaxing, would stay again/ reccomend.

Close to everything

This is a great central location for local spots and tourist spots. We had an amazing time fishing from the house and enjoying the back yard at night as well as exploring and enjoying the great vibes of the keys. Check in and check out was super easy the house was super clean with plenty of towels and linens for any scenario.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was nice the home was great, only thing is it would've been nice to have some cleaning rags supplies for cleaning and maybe a broom. With going in and out multiple times a day floors get pretty dirty and i had no way to clean them.

Nice little place

This was a nice little place to stay in the Key West area. Easy access to all the fun things to do. The house is a cute little house on stilts with a little dock area that our kids really enjoyed. It is in a trailer house neighborhood, but it is in its own little gated community of homes and rv's.
