Wake up, stroll down to Bar Beach, get a coffee at the Kiosk and watch the sunrise. Stroll back to Patty's Cottage, is it eggs on toast or fresh fruit, cereal and yoghurt for breakfast? Back to the beach for a morning dip and indulge in the pages of your favourite novel. On the way home, stop in by Akuna Cafe for an acai bowl or salad wrap. As the sun sets, it's barefoot bowls, cold drinks and a great meal at Bar Beach Bowling Club. Sounds like a perfect day at Patty's to me!

Pretty house

The house we stayed in was very nice and clean. Backyard is very pretty, our dogs were so happy to run around. It’s very quiet and easy to access. Very close to the beach. We enjoyed it very much.

A sweet cottage in a great location

My husband and I spent the weekend in the cottage with our golden retriever. It’s in a great location walking distance to the beach and shops. The backyard is fully fenced with a covered area so great for the dog but it isn’t a very pleasant outlook so we didn’t spend much time out there.

Great location

Nice and central location in Newcastle. My only gripe is that it would be good to have some basics in the kitchen like salt and pepper and cooking oil. I’ve stayed in lots of short term rentals in the last 12 months and this pretty common to give these.
