✩ Quiet time is between 10 PM-8 AM please be respectful to our neighbors.
✩ Please note there is a month to month tenant staying in the back studio which is completely separate from the main house
✩ Guests, please understand that Miami is located in a tropical climate, and that insects and lizards flourish in this environment. If doors are not kept closed, small visitors can enter.) What we do…
From the moment a guest inquires about one of our properties, we make sure the lines of communication are open and respond in a timely manner.
Upon arrival, we check in with our guests confirming the home is as it should be and if there are any issues. If there is, one of our team members will be in contact immediately to resolve the problem. No problem is too big or too small we are on it!
Our cleaning crews make sure the homes are sparkling clean and fully stocked.
