Next Cottage is our Sunnydays Cottage that has 3 bedrooms, 2 full Bathrooms, 2 kitchens, Swim spa that is available to this cottage and our Sunshine Cottage. Beds are 1 king bed, 6 Fulls, 5 Twins,

Next Cottage is our Sunshine Lakefront Retreat Cottage That has 5 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens. This property has a private hot tub on the north side of the house. It also has access to the swim spa that is in between Sunshine and Sunnydays. This property also has our Pool near it that is available to all 4 properties that is open from Memorial day to Labor day. Beds are 4 kings, 6 fulls, 1 twin, 2 futons.

Our rates may require a upcharge for shorter stays than seasonal requirements 10-50 percent and send with special offers agreed prior to booking. See guest services for algorithmic amounts.
`From May 1st to September 30th, we require a 3 to 6-night stay when booking any weekend night if more than 3 months out and a 2 to 3-night weekend stay if booked less than 2 months away from the dates you want to book.
1 night stays are approved on case by case basis and typically accepted during the week in peak season and 99 percent of the time in off season times.
Lakefront 4 story 9 bedroom and next-door Cottage, with Hot pool spa, and hot tub, tiki bar(s) game room with mirror ball light show.
The (4 story 9-bedroom sleeps 30 singles, that`s 26 full, 2 twins and 2 king bed 58 total) includes the rental next door 2 full and 2 futons sleeps 8 also. Small or large groups enjoy on the water, close to airport, we have transportation service DADDS Magic Bus and limo, with concierge service and 4rentus offers family reunions, business and wedding lodging.

You may access all parts of this house except the garage, pantry and owner closet for master bedroom. This includes private pool spa use with 2 houses.
Plenty of parking in our lot across the street or driveway not on street please and non-shared with both places rented.

We will have a check in/out person that will meet you at the property and you will text 1 hour prior and call them prior to arrival.
Notice cleaning is only listed at a minimum to remind you it`s not included as this is a private service you pay directly.
We will send you a group text with check in person, repair person and manager/ owner which be on alert if you have any concerns just text in your questions, concerns or immediate needs in which we can dispatch a person to take care of your requests asap.

We are on a cul-de-sac with no neighbors across the street from us and have maintenance persons and cleaners nearby with a school on the corner to our road. The school has a great playground and basketball area and some other swings and stuff for kids.

We have transportation services DADDS MAGIC BUS AND LIMOUSINE with great experience packages, for all ages, bounce for the kids or casino and brewery scavenger hunts for the big kids.
Turn in up to 10% of your rental receipts or one nights round trip transfer receipt for transportation for refund on your rental, or upgrade to our limo service $12.50 per person each way or approx. $30 per person for 4 -5-hour local rental min # paid seats required.

We want to remind you to leave the property like it was when you arrived other than linens leave at the foot of each bed. Trash to be taken to the dumpster and dishes to be put away. Keep from bringing sand into the hot tub to avoid additional cleaning fees charged after your stay, no fireworks no smoking on decks or in the house, do not pitch buts off the decks into the grass please. The rental agreement must be signed within three days of your booking approval, and a copy of your ID must be sent to us. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
Caretakers stay onsite on a nearby property, either in a camper or one of the cottages, to assist with any issues that may arise.

Transfers (to another week in the same unit or to another unit) are commonly treated the same as a cancellation, unless we move you to another location and agreed increase of rental rate can be determined. The initial rental rate will not be refunded, and dates rented. The size of the guest sleeping capacity would try to match but not guaranteed. The property may or may not be in the same area and may or may not have same amenities. The dates may be exactly the same or different from original dates pending availability. We offer a waiting list that you can join as our algorithms determine the optimal scenario. Currently, from May 1st to September 30th, we require a 3 to 6-night stay for bookings of any weekend night made more than 3 months in advance, and a 2 to 3-night stay for weekend bookings made less than 2 months prior to your desired dates. One-night stays are considered on a case-by-case basis, usually accepted during weekdays in the peak season, and almost always approved during the off-season. Please note the house rules: an additional guest rate of $25 per person, per night, with a one-time preparation and cleaning fee of $20 per person. Deduct any amount already billed to determine the accurate rate once the final count of guests staying and those visiting past 9pm, who are considered overnight guests, is confirmed. This can be adjusted due to our open-door policy, ensuring we have the most accurate guest numbers possible. The platform does not provide these figures to us. Typically, we add $20 per person or a set amount upfront for a base preparation fee, but as we do not yet know your final guest count, we can finalize the number of guests upon arrival or shortly before. A damage deposit is required for all properties before arrival unless waived by the owner. Property access is granted once the damage deposit and any remaining balances are settled. The deposit amount depends on the property and group size, averaging between $20-$25 per person, with a minimum of $100 and a maximum of $2500. Payments can be processed through Cash App or directly on this platform. The deposit is refunded within 14 to 21 days after checkout, provided that your review has been submitted. Upon arrival at the property, you are required to complete our arrival review sheet. You can find a link in the group check-in text, or a hard copy will be available on-site. If not completed within two hours of arrival, any waived fees will be reinstated on your bill, or a minimum fee of $100 will be charged. The swimming pool spa is designated for use exclusively by your group in two-hour intervals, as per the schedule outlined in the calendar following the manufacturer`s recommendations. When the cover is open or the privacy nets are drawn, it indicates that the spa is currently in use by a group, either from your party or from the neighboring house. The shared areas include kayaks, canoes, rowboats, a swim beach, three docks, volleyball and basketball courts, trash disposal, and a free wood pile located by the dumpster. Please ensure that outdoor umbrellas are closed when not in use; a $50 fine will be imposed for any damage incurred. Fireworks are strictly prohibited without exception. Non-compliance will result in neighbors contacting law enforcement, and you will be required to vacate without a refund. Propane tanks cost $30.00 each, plus a $40.00 deposit.. For check-in and check-out procedures, we will coordinate via group messaging with the caretaker prior to your arrival and may approve an early check-in or check-out upon review.
