Relax with the whole family and pets at this perfect peaceful location. WORK CREWS WELCOME. Coastal Corner is situated one street back from the Esplanade with a lookout, stunning cliffs and accessible drive on beach below. It is 5 minutes' drive to local wineries, Silver Sands, the Nan Hai Pu Tuo Temple and a great base to explore the Fleurieu Peninsula. Coastal Corner is a comfortable 4-bedroom house with refrigerated ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling and air purification in EVERY room, natural floorboards, 2 queen bedrooms 1 double bedroom and large bedroom which includes 2 bunks and foldout lounge all rooms have wardrobes. All linen supplied including quilts and covers pillows, pillowcases and throws. All rooms have block out curtains or roller shutters for a great night sleep.
The large bedroom can be closed off so adults can stay up and relax while children sleep. The kitchen is equipped with gas oven, stove, plates, Cups pots and pans and all cutlery and utensils, toaster and microwave. There is one bathroom with a separate shower and bath. Bathmats and towels are also supplied free of charge. There is a separate toilet and laundry with washing machine. Outdoor BBQ supplied with outdoor setting. The front of the house has a large, grassed area and driveway plenty of space for parking.
Guests have exclusive access to the property. Shed on site is not accessible.
Entry to the property is via a locked key box.
Pet friendly yard but not completely secure BUT we take no responsibility for any pets who escape.
STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES, BUCKS OR HEN'S PARTIES PERMITTED.
LINEN- All beds have pillow, doonas and mattress protectors.
CLEANING- The property is to be left in a high standard. There are cleaning products provided to use throughout your stay. All stays attract a cleaning fee of $90 stays over 30 days attract a $125 mid hire cleaning fee, completed around day 15 guest request for cleaning and bed changes during stay will also attract a $125 cleaning fee.
The following activities are expressly forbidden. Schoolies bookings, bucks' parties, hens' parties, or any other organized party events.
If you book and on arrival or during your stay your booking is deemed to be one of the above activities your booking will be cancelled, and you will be instructed to leave. No refunds will be made an extra charge may be levied against you for extra cleaning or breakages that have occurred during your stay. Minimum of 2 might stay unless otherwise noted during peak seasons. Early or late check out requests will incur a $50 surcharge. Number of Guests indicating adults or children (under 12) must be advised at the time of booking request.

Loved this property! Fit 10 of us in it perfectly. House was clean, big and loved the outside area. Would absolutley recommend this house to friends and family. Would also use again in future.
A perfect place for us to gather as family and enjoy time together in a beautiful location.
The house was excellently stocked with everything we needed. The location, right off the incredible coastline and a lovely walk from the wonderful general store.
The age of the property meant that the house is not pristine and some doors and windows needed a bit of muscle, but as a family friendly, pet friendly stay it was perfect for us. Thank you.
We love travelling, live in the local area and we want other people to enjoy Sellicks Beach and love all the experiences it has to offer too.

You can go for wonderful walks around the area, short walk to Cactus Canyon, walk to the edge of farmlands, see mountains, cliffs, beaches and look at all the interesting houses in the area including the pebble house which was built in the 1920s.
