It is a beautiful brand new 2-bedroom basement suite situated in the Bridgwater area, close to University of Manitoba and Canadian Mennonite University, and all major stores and facilities, including CostCo, IKEA, Home Depot, Walmart, SuperStore etc. and a 20-minute drive to downtown.
The space
This is a tastefully furnished basement in a brand new house situated in a serene exclusive neighborhood. From the private sidewalk to the private entrance, this space was designed with the comfort of guests in mind. Guests will also have access to the exquisite bridgwater trail that runs alongside a beautiful lake. It comes with a state-of-the-art kitchenette, spacious living area, full bath, and many more to give you comfort and satisfaction. The basement is soundproof, cool in summer, and warm in winter due to the latest building technology. The suite comes with one free parking and street parking all year round (except for snow clearing). The living area comes with a large 65" LG Smart TV, JBL (5.1) soundbar with access to Netflix, and high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you entertained and work-ready. The kitchen is equipped with a big fridge, coffee maker, and toaster with cooking utensils. Guests are also welcome to have free coffee. The sectional is comfortable for the family. The suite is sanitized with deep cleaning after every visit in line with COVID protocols. Welcome to Bridgwater Haven, your haven in Southern Winnipeg.
Guest access
While in this suite, you will be staying all by yourself and have access to the things within the suite. Your privacy is guaranteed due to the separate walkway and entrance. The following are part of the comfort units in the suite:

Room 1: 1 queen-size bed can sleep, 2 guests (or 3 kids below the age of 12).
Room 2: 1 queen-size bed can sleep, 2 guests (or 3 kids below the age of 12). The sectional is large enough for the whole family.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Visitors are ONLY allowed maximum of 4hrs per day and have to leave before 9pm. Staying before 9pm will attracts $25 dollars per guest for each day.

This is a non-pet, and a no-smoking home, smoking of any kind or incense burning is not allowed inside the suite. The penalty for covering smoke alarms or triggering the smoke sensors is $500.

Partying of any kind or excessive noise-making are prohibited in the suite.

Note: Laundry is ONLY available for a booking of at least 5-Nights and will be able for use only from the fourth (4) day of stay with us.
