Perfect spot for a beach getaway!

Saltwater Summer House offers a light filled and breezy home away from home.

Located on the water at Curley's Bay with direct water access behind the house and a dog friendly beach a 2 minute drive away, the house offers 4 spacious bedrooms (2 queens, 1 king single + trundle & 1 bunk bed) so there is room for the whole family + your four legged friend.

The fully equipped kitchen has a large fridge, microwave, Delonghi coffee machine & Miele appliances, including induction stove, fan forced oven and dishwasher. There is a large gas BBQ on the back verandah, and the pantry is stocked with essentials for you to use during your stay.

There are 2 bathrooms, the main has been recently renovated with a shower over a bath + separate toilet, and the second bathroom/laundry with a walk in shower & toilet. The laundry also houses a Miele washing machine & dryer + iron.

The large lounge room includes a huge flat screen TV, super comfy sofa and a separate reading area. There is WIFI throughout the house and a study/work desk located in Bedroom 3 for those who need to work remotely. There are also a range of DVDs, board games and toys to entertain young and old.

Portable heaters are provided in all of the bedrooms and lounge room to keep the house toasty in the winter. Fans are provided in all rooms for the warmer months.

The expansive garden is perfect for kids to roam & adults to relax, with a trampoline, firepit (& wood) and an outdoor dining table suitable for 6-8 people.

We have a travel cot (incl. linen), high chair & potty available for the little ones.

There is 1 adult bike and a small kids bike to help you make use of the fantastic local bike paths to explore our beautiful area. We also have a kids kayak available to borrow.

Eco-cotton linen and bath towels are provided. The house is cleaned with Simply Clean natural cleaning products, with no chemicals or synthetic fragrances used.

A few things to note:
- This property is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. It is located in a quiet street, so please be respectful to our neighbours and minimise loud noise, especially after 10pm.
- Absolutely NO SMOKING inside or outside the house. If you are a smoker, this house is not for you.
- Accessibility - the house is 2 storeys with all bedrooms located upstairs so it is not suitable for those with any accessibility challenges.
- For those bringing your pooch - the garden is fully fenced, however small dogs may be able to escape through gaps in the fence. Please clean up after your dog ;-).
