Enter an open-concept living space adorned with a plush Queen sofa, a smart TV, a variety of books, and board games, as well as access to Amazon Prime for those cozy evenings in. The Bluetooth speaker will set the ambiance playing your favourite tunes. Air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans ensure a cool retreat from the summer heat, while a dedicated parking space offers convenience for two vehicles.

When culinary inspiration strikes, a fully equipped kitchen awaits, complete with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and an array of cooking utensils. Savour your homemade dishes or have a BBQ on the patio with waterfront views, using our provided dishes & cutlery before winding down with a refreshing soak in the bath.

No need to pack heavy—the home comes with a washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, and ironing facilities. - Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- Fencing: The property is not fenced as it is a block of units.

- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds and will need to be taken outside of the unit when required.

-This property is part of Strata, and as such, you must agree to follow relevant bylaws to ensure the continued ability of the property to host guests, these include:
1.An owner or occupier of a lot must not park or stand any motor or other vehicle on common property except with the prior written approval of the owners corporation. The vehicle of any owner or occupier of a Lot must only be parked in the car space or spaces forming part of that Lot.
2. Garbage- (a)must ensure that before garbage, recyclable material or waste is placed in the receptacles it is, in the case of garbage, securely wrapped or, in the case of tins or other containers, completely drained or, in the case of recyclable material or waste, separated and prepared in accordance with the applicable recycling guidelines, and
for the purpose of having the garbage, recyclable material or waste collected, must place the receptacles within an area designated for that purpose by the owners corporation and at a time not more than 12 hours before the time at which garbage, recyclable material or waste is normally collected, and when the garbage, recyclable material or waste has been collected, must promptly return the receptacles to the lot or other area referred to in paragraph (a), and must not place any thing in the receptacles of the owner or occupier of any other lot except with the permission of that owner or occupier.
3. Pets- If an owner or occupier of a lot keep a cat, small dog or small caged bird on the lot then the owner or occupier must: keep the animal within the lot, and carry the animal when it is on the common property, and take such action as may be necessary to clean all areas of the lot or the common property that are soiled by the animal.

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.

What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
