The Little Easy is thoughtfully designed to make your getaway filled with fun and memories. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, suited to those seeking child-friendly comfort, convenience, and a home away from home.

The elevated and bright open-plan living, dining and lounge areas are comfortable, modern and functional. The kitchen is fully loaded to make family meal times as easy as they can be. The sliding doors open to a large decked area kitted out with a large umbrella, a BBQ and an alfresco dining setting. A newly built screen adds more privacy than shown in photographs.

The backyard is 100% kid-approved complete with a sandpit, mud kitchen and plenty of room for a ball. The spa pool is an added bonus for everyone to enjoy.

Inside the space is carefully designed to make the home low maintenance and modern. Plenty of comfortable seating options along with a smart TV and wifi are ideal for quiet time or slower days.

The bedrooms (while different to the layouts photographed) are tastefully appointed with comfortable beds. The master features a king size bed, the second bedroom has two king singles and the third bedroom has single bunk beds that are suitable for children only.

Please note: The bunk beds are for children only, the weight limit is 60kg on the top and 80kg on the bottom.

The bathroom has a shower over bath set up and the separate laundry offers both a washing machine and dryer.

Other child friendly extras include a highchair, toys & books, kids cutlery/dinnerware and a portacot.

In case you need more reassurance this house is suited to the whole family, your furry friends are welcome here by prior approval - please just ask. The property is fully fenced and secure.

You’re a couple of minutes walk from a fantastic playground on Huia Street, and 10 minutes walk to Bayfair shopping centre. A short drive will take you to the much loved Omanu stretch of the Mount Maunganui coast line.

No smoking or vaping allowed at the property.
We welcome one dog (by request) – a small pet fee applies
Booking guests must be aged 25 years or over.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
There is a strict no party or gathering policy at this home.
The bunk beds are for children only, the weight limit is 60kg on the top and 80kg on the bottom.

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
