This bright and airy, two-bedroom stay is located on the ground floor of a character-filled Art Deco building just moments from the heart of the city. Featuring an elegant renovation, all the modern amenities included will make this your home away from home.

Opening up to a fresh, all-white living area warmed with timber floorboards and thoughtful furnishings, a sofa and armchair invite guests to settle in and watch TV or simply kick back with a book, while split system air-conditioning keeps everyone comfortable year-round.

A separate, light-filled dining room offers a four-seater table to share meals together, and in the well-appointed kitchen, you’ll find all you need to prepare food including a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, and microwave, as well as other essentials such as pots and pans, crockery and utensils.

Two bedrooms accommodate four guests, with the master bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair, while the second bedroom includes a double-size bed. The immaculately presented bathroom offers a contemporary walk-in shower and mirrored cabinet. Toiletries provided are single use to get you started. They may not be sufficient for entire stay (additional consumables to be purchased by you)

Vibrant St Kilda is just up the road, with St Kilda Beach a few minutes' drive. Here you’ll find plenty of choices when it comes to dining, entertainment and shopping. Indulge in an ice cream and take a stroll out along the pier, or take a dip in the sea baths. Other nearby attractions include Luna Park, St Kilda Botanical Gardens and Albert Park.

To get to the city and surrounding suburbs, Ripponlea Station is less than a 10 minutes’ walk from your stay, while there are also numerous bus and tram stops on your doorstep.
