Gorgeous 1 Bedroom Loft in the heart of Toronto!
This stylish, open and bright loft comes with a walk-in shower, bathtub, a 4K SmartTV, Netflix, Crave and a record player. Modern comforts, stylish decor, and proximity to nature make this the perfect escape.
The location is in a quiet, upscale, historic neighborhood in Toronto, called Cabbagetown. The neighbourhood is full of colourful Victorian Rowhouses, parks and cute restaurants. It's also within a 10 minute drive to the ROM, the CN tower, the AGO, the Eaton Center and Casa Loma. Trendy neighborhoods like the Distillery District, Leslieville and the gay village are also less than 10 minutes away.
The space
The loft is bright and stylish with high ceilings, a walk-in shower, bathtub and a queen size bed with the softest sheets! The unit has a private street entrance with it's own garden so you'll never need to go into the main building. You'll have the place to yourself, but it is my permanent home so I ask for no parties.
