Un contemporáneo de 75 metros cuadrados (800 pies cuadrados) apartamento ubicado en el 3er piso de un triplex de propiedad privada. Este espacio único, a poca distancia a pie de todo, es una unidad totalmente amueblada y equipada para hacer que su estancia sea cómoda y agradable.

Este espacio único está totalmente amueblado 2 1 unidad de un dormitorio / baño y dé cabida cómodamente a 3 personas (Nota: Hay una 3ª persona a cargo de $ 50 si hay una 3ª persona que ocupa la unidad). Está a poca distancia a pie del centro de la ciudad (Eaton Centre) y cerca de las principales atracciones.

El salón cuenta con una chimenea de leña y TV por cable equipado para esas noches acogedoras en casa. El cuarto de baño es moderno y elegante y cuenta con dos pisos con calefacción y calentador de toallas.

Hay 2 dormitorios. La habitación más pequeña (7. 5 metros cuadrados / 81 pies cuadrados) tiene un escritorio y plegable sofá cama doble para los días que necesita para trabajar en el país y para los amigos durante la noche. El dormitorio principal (13. 5 metros cuadrados / 144 pies cuadrados) tiene una cama de matrimonio y TV en la pared cable.

La unidad cuenta con una pequeña terraza privada al aire libre.

NOTA: Este es un 3er piso sin ascensor - no hay ascensor. No es recomendable si usted tiene un problema con las escaleras o tienen problemas de movilidad.

El proceso de registro es en cualquier momento después de las 15:00 y la salida es a las 11:00 - llegadas posteriores pueden ser acomodados.

Beautiful Apartment in Downtown Toronto

This apartment is beautifully decorated and clean - with everything in top condition. Both Anthony and Phillip were very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. It is a great location on a quiet street with easy street parking. I would highly recommend this rental and would stay again.

Great Place

I stayed with 2 other friends and it was great. The place is really clean and Spacious. It was more than I expected. We were expecting something small but we had more than enough room. The host of the house were really cool to us and gave us a really good first impression

Amazing Apartment

Trip to Toronto

We really enjoyed our stay in this clean and well-equipped apartment. The decoration is beautiful and modern. We walked all over Toronto during our stay without taking the car. The Eaton center is at 10 minute walk and the neighbourhood is fine. There's a grocery store not far away. Thanks so much Anthony & Philip for receiving us !

Truly Amazing

We are sad to leave this lovely condo. It is immaculate and extremely well decorated . Kitchen is stocked. Everything is new and modern. The condo is large entire top floor with a very nice patio. The owners are so sweet and helpful. If we have to come back to To this is where we plan to stay. Definitely 5 stars.

A Gem Indeed

It's beautiful, comfortable and very thoughtfully outfitted. Everything is new, clean and easy on the eye. The perfect mix of modern and comfy. Great internet and entertainment package, helpful and flexible hosts and friendly downstairs neighbors. Pleasant, quiet street very close to streetcars. Stylish from the cutlery to shower with a quiet and very comfortable bedroom. We loved it.

Perfect nook to hide away in :-)

Top floor of a converted/modernized home, architectural features bringing in light from all angles, high ceilings increasing light and airy feel, well appointed, decorated with taste, and everything exactly where you'd expect it. A welcoming home after a busy day, especially the ultra comfortable beds and bedding. Owners thought of everything :-) Recommend highly for the frequent traveler who's missing the little touches, a girls getaway weekend, or romantic retreat (real wood fireplace!)

Wonderful Condo

I really enjoyed my time in this unit. The pictures were extremely accurate in the description online. The owners were really nice and accommodating. They had all the basics for us throughout the unit. Basic groceries and seasonings in the kitchen and the patio and small great was great!! The unit is walking distance to Eaton Center and we really didn't need our car to walk around and see the sites. I would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic

This property was on a beautiful tree lined street. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was spotless, like not a spot anywhere. We left our car parked for the stay and walked everywhere. No trouble with anything in the neighborhood, as others have said yes, there are homeless people however that is expected in any city you visit. Essentials were left for us plus coffee, bread, milk and eggs. Thank you so much for everything Phillip and Anthony!

Great apartment in downtown Toronto

We had a great stay recently. Both Anthony and Phillip were kind, helpful and accommodating, especially with the fact that we arrived so late, Phillip still came and met us and Anthony texted to make sure we had everything we needed. They have done a fantastic job with the apartment, beautifully decorated, comfortable and it had everything we needed and then some. And it was near tons of restaurants, bars and public transportation. You really don't need to drive anywhere if you are going anywhere within Toronto. On the plus side, you can bring your car and find plenty of street parking, even late at night, street parking wasn't a problem. And the street is relatively quiet so you can sleep in without any disturbance. We would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

My husband and I really enjoyed this apartment as a base for our weekend. We walked to theatre on King, St. Lawerence market and the Distillery district and had no difficulty flagging a cab for the late night travel. The apartment is clean, updated and well stocked with condiments and additional supplies. Philip was very prompt to greet us and give us an orientation and make us feel that we could contact them with any questions or concerns. A cheery living space which sure beats the sterile hotel experience. The neighbourhood is a transitional one but a more realistic Toronto experience.

Thank you for the great review. Glad you had a great time. Agree wholeheartedly...the area is undergoing a transition with lots of condominium construction nearby. It's central location makes it attractive to lots of people looking to live right downtown. I think it's going to get even better.

The property was superb! Clean, spacious, comfy and nicely decorated with everything you need!

Even before our stay Anthony responded right away and answered all my questions. Upon arrival, Anthony was waiting for us and helped us carry our luggage and grocery up the stairs. He showed us around and told us where everything was. He even gave us information on how to get to the attractions on our list. This apartment was fantastic and appeared to be ripped right out of an Ikea magazine. The decorative touches were amazing!!!!! Very spacious and all the amenities you would ever need. Close to everything and you can walk to most (restaurants, shopping, and bars). My son cried real tears when we had to leave. It was our home away from home for a week. I look forward to staying here again when we visit Toronto!

Excellent Location

Staying for a week in Toronto this "tree-top" apartment is ideally located. Nudging the Downtown Yonge Street Core district it's only a few minutes walk to a tram/trolley car stop which makes the ride into central Toronto with all its attractions on offer exactly what one needs when visiting a large bustling city. One can also walk to several surrounding neighbourhoods, i.e. Cabbagetown, Leslieville to name a couple. Parking on the street in front of the building is an added bonus. The owners will advise you how to acquire an inexpensive parking permit online that is valid for the duration of the stay. The apartment was meticulously clean and provided with all the essential amenities. It is a bright and very tastefully decorated abode! Your hosts/owners Anthony & Phillip are extremely helpful in all things. One of them will meet you on arrival to help with your baggage and explain the layout of the apartment and how things work. Definitely a place I would choose to stay again when next in Toronto!

Great weekend stay

My friends and I stayed in this apartment during our June weekend stay in Toronto. The pre-communication, check-in process and stay was all wonderful. Anthony and Phillip provided great hospitality and even left us with some groceries like milk, eggs, bacon, coffee, tea and much more to help us enjoy our time without having to go do full groceries. The apartment is very stylish and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Fab flat close to Ryerson

We were in Toronto to move our daughter into Ryerson. Philip and Anthony’s apartment was the perfect launch pad! Perfectly appointed, the apartment was spotless and included considerate touches like coffee, milk, OJ and breakfast staples. Philip was there to greet us and provide a rundown of all the ins and outs. Thank you so much for a terrific stay!

One of the cleanest places I have stayed in.

Anthony and Phillip are fantastic. They were incredibly helpful, kind and friendly which goes a long way when you're a single gal trying to navigate through downtown Toronto. I can't express my sincere gratitude enough to how hospitable they were. The apartment exceeded my expectations. It was immaculately clean, organized and well stocked with things I didn't even anticipate. The location is great as you can walk pretty much anywhere. I would definitely come back here again. A huge thank you to Phillip and Anthony for making my stay enjoyable.

Fantastic spot, location, and owner

Location is great being a short walk to the downtown core, but also other neighborhoods. 10 minute walk to a Loblaws at the old Maple Leaf Gardens which was very convenient. The space is very well designed with great decor while maintaining character in a heritage building. Anthony (owner) responded to all inquiries very quickly and took the time and effort to show us the property and how everything worked. Very accommodating and definitely will look to book again when returning to Toronto!

Perfect in every way

We loved the home, which looks as great as the pictures on the website. It was cozy for our winter trip, with a wood fireplace that we used in the evenings and a really comfortable bed. Philip greeted us when we arrived and gave us a short tour. He was friendly and responsive but respectful of our privacy. The amenities exceeded our expectations, such as some food and drinks in the kitchen and a washer/dryer for clothes. In the neighborhood, we particularly enjoyed the Allan Gardens Conservatory, the House on Parliament, and Paintbox Bistro. We would return in a heartbeat.

A Base to stay for Toronto 😀

The apartment provided a perfect base for our first visit to Toronto 😀 We were greeted by a great neighbour ... had the cutest dog xx and hence felt welcomed & familiar with the apartment straight away. We felt that absolutely everything we could have wanted was catered for & would highly recommend. Even the 4 flights of stairs helped us to exercise 🤪 Great stay xx

A hidden gem!

This place is a treasure. Perfectly located, just a couple of blocks from the heart of Toronto. The apartment is beautifully and comfortably decorated, very clean and every amenity is at hand. The hosts were wonderful! From the first inquiry to my departure, they responded promptly and professionally. I loved everything about it! Thank you so much, Anthony and Philip - it was a delight and I hated to leave.

A great Toronto apartment

This was one of the best apartments we have stayed in. There are two good size bedrooms and a large living/dining room so there was plenty of space. The owners have renovated to a very high standard and the place was clean and obviously well looked after. The owners themselves were a pleasure to deal with. They demonstrated everything we needed to know about the apartment and gave recommendations for where to go and where to eat. The location is perfect. We heard no traffic noise at night. It was easy to park. It is close to Yonge and Dundas so it is possible to walk to many places, otherwise public transport is simple. The only word of warning is that there are a lot of stairs. We very strongly recommend this apartment and hope to go back again.

Sweet Apartment to feel at home when you are away

Very nice owner, he helped us with the luggage and explained everything necessary (though there was also an explaining letter). Amazing sweet little clean apartment in the 3rd floor (quite a few steps, but worth it) with a little balcony to sit on and everything that you need. We stayed only with 2 persons here and it has a second bedroom so you might as well stay with 3 or 4 persons if you like each other ;) We enjoyed our stay very much - Phillip even had some milk, eggs, bread and butter in the fridge (and some other things to eat for a good start), that was super nice! I would recommend this apartment for couples who want to see a lot of Toronto (Bike-Station just 2 min away)!
