This woman GLORIA NZENGAMAMBU is utterly delusional, dishonest, uncivilized, thuggish and extremely evil. She says that the description of the building and the surrounding area was dishonest when in fact there is not a single word describing either the building nor the surrounding area on our apartment listing. She arrived with her thug friends, about 7 people in total, and they yelled and screamed like wild animals in the jungle. The whole neighborhood witnessed how thuggish and uncivilized these hooligans acted. If we were so rude with them, why did we offer them an upgrade? She had booked a 37$ a night 1-bedroom, which we upgraded to a 2-bedroom apartment in the most sought-after area in Kinshasa, the downtown core, an area where the cost for a two-bedroom apartment is 100$. She and her thuggish friends arrived, they found nothing wrong with the apartment itself, yet because she wanted to con us, she looked for a reason to cancel and get full refund. Unable to find ANYTHING wrong with the apartment itself, she went on and hung her hat on the property wall, which she says should have been painted. Look at the pictures, if any of her pictures were of the apartment itself, of whether presence of mold, rats, roaches and things of this nature, it would constitute grounds for cancellation and receiving full refund. But cancellation because the property wall was not painted is insane and by the way not sufficient for a refund according to VRBO. She also alleges that there was no electricity. All throughout Africa, power shedding is normal, even in South Africa. However, we have a power generator. We offered to turn it on for her but they were yelling so much like wild rabies-infected beats, they would not even give us a second to say a single word edgewise. This woman is so dishonest that when she was yelling, she said to me that she had rented a better place than ours at 40$ a night. She even volunteered to show me the receipt. I took her up on her offer, she did not have a receipt. Then we asked for proof, she gave us a phone number allegedly belonging to the property owner. We have since called and messaged that number to verify her allegations but the number is unassigned. Then she said it was not 40 but 50$ a night. Which we still cannot confirm because the number is not assigned. If you want to have a pack of hooligan thugs swarm your place, yell and scream in the street like wild animals when they express themselves, then host this woman.
