Bedroom 1: Queen bed + ensuite
Bedroom 2: Two single beds
✔ Top-floor position (2nd floor – no lift)
✔ Two private balconies to soak in the views
✔ Ceiling fans throughout for a cool, comfortable stay
✔ Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & microwave
✔ Laundry facilities with washing machine & dryer
✔ Resort-style pool for guest use
✔ BBQ facilities for outdoor dining
✔ Secure undercover parking for 1 car

🔹 Linen, bath towels, and essentials are provided, including a starter pack of toiletries & kitchen basics. (For stays longer than 2 days, we recommend bringing extra supplies.)
🔹PLEASE BE AWARE - We do require a pre-authorisation for this property of $200.00. This is taken at the time of check-in using a credit card or debit card. This amount is held off your available funds and released after 10-14 days to cover any miscellaneous charges, damages, or breakages.
