Very clean

The house was very clean and working with the owner was fantastic. The neighborhood was a bit rundown and the house could use more towels, pillows, and linens overall, it was a good experience.

It was a quiet neighborhood very easy to access everything needed. Enjoyed they had everything we needed to cook and clean there. It was a fun and relaxing stay.

Nice place for a short visit

The house was clean and had all of the basics that you need for a short stay. The neighborhood is a bit run down. The houses are close to one another and dogs were barking most of the night, but that is not a fault of the property. Just be aware if you stay. We are dog owners, so understand. Check-in was very easy and we received all information that we needed.

Needed More Towels

Property was as described. Neighborhood was pleasant and quiet. It was a quick drive to the furniture market. Property was clean and well-equipped except for towels. We were a married couple traveling with business associates. My husband and I shared the primary bedroom and were provided with one towel to share! Seriously, need to provide more towels.

Love this place

This is a gorgeous place. We enjoyed the nicely stocked kitchen...it's nice to have the essentials when beginning to cook. Thank you for even having ice in the freezer. The beds were very comfortable. Beds were delightfully. And...we (my husband and I) apparently slept in a child's room because there was a "glow-in-the-dark" solar system on one wall keeping us "safe" with a touch of night light. I thought it was great. Easy to find and easy access to our daughter's home.

House description accurate and good communication with Owner just not a place I would rebook

Good communication with owner and accurate house description based on pictures. Home was clean but bare minimum provisions provided of one towel and one pillow per person for stay and one very small coffee maker. That sounds picky but I use rental homes and VRBO a lot and just used to a little more provided on other rentals. Fenced back yard was main reason we booked house and it was very run down with construction debris and needs a real clean up and repair. To be fair if I had zoomed in on pics i would have seen the cinder blocks, uneven ground and artificial turf, and broken patio areas,,,…, house is just dated and comforts like pillows and towels were just a let down. While communication and owner were both great, just not what we are looking for when we return. Not a negative review just not for us

Fine. Clean.

The house was extremely clean and had the right kitchen needs. A bit of smoke and mirrors. The cool bricks on the walls are wallpaper. Only 2 thin pillows on each bed. Need more comfy pieces like a warm blanket or clean pillows on sofa. Bed linens were thin and cheap. Not enough hangers or garbage bags. The table and chairs in dining nook were extremely flimsy. One chair was bent and broken. Bathrooms extremely clean. Laundry area was perfect. Rug in master room is dangerously slippery. The house was fine. It gave me and my 2 adult children a place to stay for High Point graduation. The biggest issue I had was with owner/manager. The aggressive communication from the manager was not appreciated. They were telling me to strip beds and do their cleaning in a wrap up text. Wherever I stay in a rented home, I leave the house nicer than how I found it The wrap-up text threatened me with extra billing if I didn’t do exactly what he said to shut down the house. For example…”don’t pile towels together…extra fees will be applied “. ??? A softer touch would’ve been much more appreciated … It was unnecessarily aggressive. I gave a 4 for checking in process because of unfriendly nature when leaving.
