This one-bedroom apartment has everything that you need. A full kitchen with all the essentials; bathroom/laundry; smart TVs in the lounge and bedroom; and a balcony with city views.

You also have access to all the on-site facilities: indoor and outdoor pools, spa, sauna, gym, games room and full-sized tennis court. The free basement parking will also be at your disposal. But you won't need to use it as you are only a few steps away from Surfers Paradise beach and central Cavil Avenue.

The apartment was the perfect spot for a weekend away. It was very clean and walking distance from absolutely everywhere you would want to see here. communication with the host was clear and easy.

Like the title says......

Stayed 7 nights in this one bedroom apartment on 24th floor, with Hinterland views. Great location within short walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants in central Surfers Paradise. Fully equipped kitchen (a little dated), spacious lounge with Smart TV with all the streaming services you could wish for, and fast internet. Bedroom was a good size, comfortable bed, generous wardrobe, a balcony, and another smart TV Bathroom was small but had a full sized bath, separate shower, washing machine and dryer. Ample underground parking for one car. Outside and undercover pools + a spa & sauna available to guests. Absolute value for money as the apartment was clean, had good communication from the host, with nice hotel staff, and excellent central location. Overall very positive experience, just don't expect 150sqm of space and the latest decor.
