CHECK-IN TIME

- from 3 pm onwards.

- We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time.



CHECK-OUT TIME

- until 10 am.

- Late check-out in cases of extreme need, which will be evaluated by the manager.



GUESTS

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.



PLEASE BE NOTED: Tiling works will carry out from March 3rd and shall be completed on April 2nd, 2026. It will start from the entrance of the building up to the 1st floor only. This is to improve the building interior to maintain the best guest experience.



RULES

- Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.

- Quiet time: 9 pm to 8 am.



PARKING

- Parking can be arranged by contacting the host when you make your booking, there is a fee of $15 per night. It is subject to availability. (Vertical clearance: 2 meters)



Public access to the building is restricted through a reception lobby and the provided fob card enables secure after-hours access.

オーナーとの連絡はスムーズでとても親切に早く返信をくださり安心感がありました。空港からのアクセスが楽で、パース駅から歩けるのが助かりました。cat busの停留所も近く便利でした。小さなボトルの水と牛乳を2本ずつ冷蔵庫に置いてくださってありがたかったです。残念な点は以下の2点です。1)せっかくバスタブがあったのに栓がないためお湯がためられずにリラックスできませんでした。2)ワイングラスが1つしかなく、ワインの名産地で楽しみにしていたのにティーカップで飲むはめに。
