Retreat to this peaceful, spacious, family friendly, 4 bedroom home, a 5 mins walk from Moana beach and Deep Blue Café, and a 10 minute drive to the world-famous wineries and dining of McLaren Vale.

Soak in and embrace the beautiful coastal views of from an upstairs balcony and main bedroom.

Enjoy fishing, swimming and coastal walks.

The house has 2 living areas as shown in the photographs. Both of these are well appointed/furnished with large screen TVs, and lounge chairs for 5-7 people. The upstairs living area has beautiful views of the sea and opens out to a covered balcony.

Upstairs balcony-has 2 outdoor chairs and a table, peaceful ambience with soothing ocean views

Dining room- Has solid wood table with 8 chairs

Kitchen-well appointed with a induction cooktop and oven. Dishwasher. Coffee maker and milk frother. Brand new cutlery and cookery
Outdoor area- Wooden table with 8 chairs. New Ziegler and Brown BBQ
Downstairs bathroom-large with vanity and shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Bathroom is adjoining but separate
Laundry-Washing machine

Bedroom 1 (upstairs) -this is the master bedroom which has a queen sized bed with en suite bathroom, vanity, toilet and shower. This bedroom opens onto a a balcony which has spectacular views of the coastline. A peaceful place to relax!

Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed with a built in cupboard. This is a spacious room which looks over the back yard.

Bedroom 3 has a single adult sized bed with a built in cupboard. Reasonably spacious room

Bedroom 4 has hanging space for clothes and has a bunk bed which can accommodate 1 adult and 1 child or 2 children. Bottom bunk -adult or child. Top bunk child less than 9 years. This is a small room

Great location

Great location near the beach. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful, lots of room for everyone including our dog and kitten. Home has everything you need and is very comfortable. Overall a relaxing and fun stay.

Stay by the beach

While the weather was not beach weather, the view was great. The property while being older offered everything thing of need. I was extremely impressed with it. The communication with the owner was seamless and on time. I will be highly recommending the property this property
