Welcome to your Monroe Retreat, located a few minutes from the beach, parks, and downtown Hollywood! This home is the perfect escape for your next trip to South Florida. Whether you're traveling for pleasure or business this house is prepared to meet all of your needs. Equipped with a stunning pool, hot tub, outdoor dining area, ping pong table, ultra high-speed internet, plenty of parking, and a stainless steel outdoor Kitchen and BBQ, this house does not disappoint!!
The space

This beautiful home features 3 bedrooms.
-The Principal bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king-size bed, plenty of closet space, an en-suite master bathroom with a jacuzzi, shower, and workstation a desk an chair
-Guest bedroom #2 is equipped with a king-size bed, a workstation, and closet space.
-Guest bedroom #3 is equipped with 2 twin-size beds, a closet, and an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have a smart TV.
-The house has a large living room space with a comfortable sofa bed. The dining area is bright and equipped with a dining table with 6 dining chairs.
-The large flex space boasts 2 daybeds, a TV, and a conference table and chairs with a panoramic view of the pool and landscape to inspire teamwork, team rest and team play.

The kitchen is spacious with lots of cabinet space, fully equipped with new stainless-steel appliances. The laundry room/garage features a new washer and dryer and a separate laundry sink.

The amazing outdoor space has a large, heated swimming pool and hot tub, covered outdoor dining space (gazebo), covered gas grill BBQ area and food prep station, a ping pong table, a screened-in as well as open-air patio, and generous portico.

If you are traveling with small children, we also have available at the house a highchair and a pack-and-play.

Please note:
Pool service is twice a week. The service days may vary. Our pool maintenance person will access the property unannounced through the backyard.
Landscaping services are every 15 days. The service may happen during your stay. Please expect the landscapers to access the property unannounced.
Gated parking for up to 3 cars.
The owner's car is parked in the carport.

Great location, nice layout with plenty of room. Pool area is awesome but could have used the heater, refreshing but cool. Kitchen is beautiful. A couple cons…shampoo and soap is not provided. Television operation and lack of network terrible.

Beautiful home and pool

My parents, wife, kids, and I enjoyed our week-long stay very much. The pool and hot tub in particular were excellent, and we used them every night. We also enjoyed the well-maintained grill and the ping pong table. The property manager was very communicative, and the location was convenient to the beach and Fort Lauderdale. Great stay!

Outstanding!

Everything about our stay was fantastic! Check in was a breeze, the house was immaculate and more than perfect for our family of 4 for our Christmas vacation. Neighborhood was very family-friendly and very close to everything we needed - shopping, restaurants and the beach. Hot tub and pool were exceptional. We'll definitely be back!

Quiet retreat

The property is very quiet and located in an affluent area close to dining and shopping. The house is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The only recommendation we have is to be more detailed on how to access the home. It took us a while to figure out that the gate could only be opened manually and it does take some upper body strength to do so. Overall, a very nice stay.

Really enjoyed my stay

My family and I decided to stay here during our stay in Miami and it was absolutely amazing. The pictures does not do this place justice, 24/hour concierge available for any questions, concerns and assistance. We really enjoyed the hot tub, and Chris was super accommodating with all of our needs. 10/10 recommend this property.

Gorgeous space, beautiful gem

The space was beautiful and clean, and we were pleasantly surprised with how spacious it was.The pool and hot tub were well maintained.Turning on the hot tub and pool required contacting the rental agency, which was not a bad experience, but an extra step.Also, the hand soap was watered down with half water and half soap, so visitors should bring their own hygiene products (shampoo, hand soap). Overall, would definitely stay again,

Amazing place very poor communication

The property is clean and just as described in the listing. It’s in a very nice and safe upper middle class neighborhood. Unfortunately, the neighbors have signs to ban rentals. The manager was in communication with me for the first day only. I never heard back from them after the first day. The front door would not lock with the key pad, the hot tub was same temp as pool, we were unable to find a way to turn on outside lighting so we had to use cell phone lights for the bar b q, a neighbor parked in front of driveway completely blocking our entrance for about 8 hrs. I think these would have been easily solved if property manager would have replied to me.

Perfect Location

Overall, my family of 5 had a wonderful experience. There was plenty of room for us (2 adults and 3 kids ages 14, 12, and 10). We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and ping pong table the most. The house is set in a beautiful, quiet, walkable neighborhood and is close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores.We had a couple minor issues upon arrival - the patio door was broken and the bikes in one of the listing pictures were not included in the stay (understandable, as they are not in the description, but the picture should be removed). The main issue we had was the process with the hot tub. A hot tub was a booking priority for us as my husband who has a bad back was looking forward to sitting in it with his coffee each morning before the kids woke up. You have to text to get it turned on / off. Each morning we sent an early text and we were lucky if it was turned on by 10:30 (the management contact sleeps in). Then, it takes 2-3 hours to reach temperature. After a couple days of frustrating texts and phone calls, he worked with us and put it on a schedule that suited our day. Everything was great after that. The house was stocked with plenty of towels, dishes, and cookware. Be prepared, however, to buy any cooking basics down to the salt and pepper.We also purchased a couple pool toys and some card games to keep us occupied during our 5-day stay. Based on our time as a whole and knowing what we know now, we would definitely stay here again.

Home in Hollywood

Truly this is a beautiful home and the grounds are gorgeous! We did not want to be in an unsafe, loud or constantly bustling area; this property and location fit our needs well. Traveling with teens, we needed a place to call home as we would be commuting to Miami daily for the week. We stayed at the property for 9 days total. The home was comfortable and relatively clean (I am pretty OCD when it comes to cleanliness). The most favorite area for our family was the pool and hot tub (thank you Chris for always being available to turn on the lights and tub for us). As suggested to management upon our check out, the home could use a bit more items in the kitchen to make guest's stay smoother. There were not any pool toys either. We purchased a few cheap floaties and left them. If that is important, you may need to bring your own or buy them. Be prepared to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, detergents and soaps for the bathrooms. We did suggest management stock some of these items, again, for the convenience of their guests. The biggest issue to note was a cigarette smell off the screened porch room and attached large dining room. Being non-smokers it was annoying but would not stop us from staying at the home again. Management was kind and responded to us most of the times we reached out. We would definitely recommend this home to families with kids and teens of all ages as well as older couples vacationing in a group. The area is quiet, clean and close to the beach.

The A/C was fantastic.Only downside was that we had to contact the manager everytime we wanted to use the hot tub and the pool could’ve benefited from having instructions on how to clean it.
