Family home. An older house with heaps of character (even secret room and playroom for kids). New deck with bbq, bonfire with wood in shed provided. In the centre of a save suburb. Walks around estuary. Only 15 min drive to the Mount beaches. Private garden with space to kick a ball or do gymnastics. End of cul de sac with entry to the private bush. Basic amenities provided. Fully fenced section save for pets and children.

Otumoetai is well established, save suburb. It has great bush and estuary walks within close distance, beautiful parks and playgrounds, great entertainment and all amenities around. Otumoetai is a central Tauranga suburb, with easy access and amazing views of the Mount.
