Also upstairs, the vast open entertaining zone edges a timber decked balcony for the sound of the sea, calming hills vistas, and welcome natural light.

The gleaming kitchen will more than nourish with sleek laminate bench-tops, extended breakfast bar, stainless steel electric oven, cook-top, dishwasher, and smart cabinetry.
Completing the lower level are 3 robed and carpeted bedrooms, a spacious sun-splashed living room, family sized main bathroom with bath, plus a separate powder room and laundry ensuring guests, teens or tenants are suitably accommodated. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service.
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers: Top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, bathmat, face washer and T-towel.
A security bond of $500 will be charged and is refundable after your stay.
