About Cedar Kehoe
I purchased this home in 2016. The guest house is also on my property next to the main house were I live. The guest house is perfect for a couple wanting to get away.
Cedar Kehoe purchased this Guest House in 2016
Why Cedar Kehoe chose Waialua
I just purchased this entire property as my dream home. The guest suite will be rented out for 30 day to remain in compliance with the law on Oahu. As visitors staying less then 30 days are not legal at this time on Oahu even knowing there are some 25,000 units doing it. The property is amazing with view everywhere you look.
What makes this Guest House unique
The guest suite has it's own entrance. It is completely separate from the main house. The front has a porch for watching the amazing North Shore sun sets.

Beautiful home!!! Cedar was a great host, very communicative and welcoming to us. Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet her this time, but we would absolutely come back! Highly reccommend to anyone who wants a private quiet space on the beach!
HI Thank you for the review. I am sorry I missed you and I heard you were out early and home late seeing the sites on the island. I was glad Yancy got to say hi. I am pleased you enjoyed your stay and thank you for the review. Cedar
Well maintained quiet piece of paradise
We have no regrets with our stay. Cedar was very accommodating and the property had everything we needed including some spare beach towels and boogie boards to help you enjoy the beautiful beach view. Everything here was in great condition and you can tell this property is extremely well cared for. Would recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy the quiet side of Oahu. (Yet, just a short drive from everything the North Shore has to offer)
A few notes: there is no AC, just like many of the homes on Hawaii, but the double French doors allow a nice breeze and there is also a ceiling fan and fan on the bedside table. Kitchen is small, but just enough to cook a few meals on the fly when you aren't enjoying the local restaurants.
Fantastic property with an amazing view
We absolutely loved our stay. The property is very well maintained and the beach access is amazing. Quiet neighborhood and the only thing you hear is the ocean waves. I would highly recommend this property.
Amazing Amazing and awesome
The views , The host and place itself is just Awesome
Very well maintained had a great time staying here
Would highly recommended if you planning to stay in North Shore area .
You could not be any closer to the ocean and on the backside you get to see the amazing valleys .
Perfect and private
Couldn’t have found a more wonderful place to spend a vacation. Ceder was a wonderful host. Loved everything about being there.
a wonderful stay in a little paradise
My wife and I were thrilled about the stay in this stunning place. Everything on the whole property is arranged so lovely and just perfect. The appartment was very clean. The kitchen is well equipt and you will find everything you need. The bathroom, the furniture and the bed (with oceanview), everything just perfect. From the porch of the appartment you have a breathtaking view at the ocean. Its so wonderful sitting there and having breakfast, watching the sunset or just having a drink and listening the waves. The beach starts direktly in front of the yard. It is a very low frequented almost 'private' beach. We loved it just sitting there and whatching the seaturtles or playing in the water.
Last but not least there is the host. Cedar is a wonderful and open hearted person. She gave us a lot of support and really made us feel like beeing at home. No matter what questions or issues we had she knew the solution. We had some unforgetable days at this little paradise and we definitely will stay there again if we make it back to Hawaii once.
Thank you for the review I enjoyed meeting you and your wife. I think you wife should take up professional hula she looks lovely on the dance floor. Cedar
Your first stop along the North Shore will be charming Haleiwa. More than the laid back surf town it seems, Haleiwa is filled with local style and country ambiance as well as cool surf shops and boutiques, understated restaurants and charming art galleries.
Rich with island history, Haleiwa is now the social and artistic hub of the North Shore. Here you’ll find surfers fueling up at the restaurants in its plantation era buildings before hitting the famous beaches of Waimea Bay, Ehukai (Banzai Pipeline) and Sunset Beach. You’ll also find locals and visitors shopping, eating and winding down after a day in the sun. Haleiwa is a far cry from the excitement of Waikiki, and that’s exactly how the people of the North Shore like it.
